We've all had those arguments. Apparently the risk of death is worth it so you are able to play your Switch while in the driver's seat.

He trusted Telsa wouldn't kill him lol. Easy decision to make, then. The 101 sucks all the bags of dicks.
The driver even complained about Autopilot acting up at the exact spot he died at before the crash happened because it always would on his commute home. There's a bit of Darwinism at play here in that he knew it wasn't safe to use and he still trusted the system. The guy was an Apple engineer, too.
But that's more reason to have strict regulations in place.

DETROIT — An Apple engineer who died when his Tesla Model X hit a concrete barrier on a Silicon Valley freeway had complained before his death that the SUV’s Autopilot system would malfunction in the area where the crash happened.https://www.autoblog.com/2020/02/11/tesla-autopilot-fatal-crash-complaint/
The complaints were detailed in a trove of documents released Tuesday by the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, which is investigating the March, 2018 crash that killed engineer Walter Huang.
Took my car in for 100k checkup. Had to come off about $500 for some maintenance and repair. Brakes and transmission stuff taking up most off that. Cant even remember the last time I had to come off some bread for stuff besides brakes, tires, etc. Not bad. I expected worse at 100k tbh
By reilo Go To Post… when was the last time you did an oil change?
A few months ago? It needed one, so that was done as well.
Out of 5 years of having the car I legit cannot remember having to take it in for anything outside of body work and usual maintenance. I was expecting more at 100k (I'm actually a little over at ~102) but Honda Gawds looking out.

You can now order the 992's with a manual tranny and I believe deliveries start in the summer or shortly after.

Is car ADD a thing?
Alright, alright. I got a 2020 F-Type R
It's amazing. Interior rocks. Handles beautifully. I'll talk about it some more later. I do have one major issue that sort of bugs me though...

We in here.
I wonder what happened to one of the other guys who had one here. He had it lowered too. I think it was a Red Coupe.
Touches more on BMWs current styling issues.
"Are these even coming out from the same design department?"
I literally had this exact discussion with my best bud...how these bigger M cars don't even look like M cars when they're approaching you. They lack the aggression and appearance. It's all lazy. He's absolutely right
By Kibner Go To PostI legit don't know how you can control a sports car on public roads with more than, like, 500 hp.Don't floor it.

By Kidjr Go To PostYoooo congrats on the jag alpha, love that colour as well man.
Thanks, mate. Blue is my favorite color, so anytime I buy a new car, that's the color I shoot for.

Technology and AWD. You've got cars making 1500HP hitting 300MPH already. It's not that difficult.

Since it's a hybrid it probably has modes that keep the power down when you're driving around town and the gas engine is most likely to help with top end speed. It's probably as derivable around at normal speeds as a Toyota Camry

Dont do anything silly and touch the accelerator like a feather.

Congrats.
Feels pretty good. Got 102k miles on it. Need to get the timing belt and spark plugs replaced, even then it's *recommended* they get replaced at 100k. I just got it checked out, and everything was in good shape. I'll probably take care of those next month or so. Hopefully it holds up for another 100k.
