Goddamn, I did not see that coming.
I was a huge Muta fan when he was in WCW, taped all those episodes.
Julia Hart took a nasty ass fall though, I hope she's ok.

Saraya in AEW seems like a total mess. That promo last week was awful and just buried their women's division, which is already struggling every week for TV time and such. And for all the talk that she's there to wrestle, she's definitely being used in a role that suggests she's actively not cleared to wrestle.

I thought they were bringing Saraya in to lead a stable and maybe wrestle sometime down the line when she eventually gets cleared.
She was never the strongest promo so yeah, that segment was pretty bad.

I don't think she'll ever be cleared to work again, by the way. She was almost paralyzed in her last match. Not that this has ever stopped carnies before, but damn, she could die out there. If she could even take a bump right now, she wouldn't have to do whatever it is this AEW thing is right now.
Like how the fuck are yuta, Guevara and Garcia getting more storylines and top card spots than Ricky starks or Darby allin or Wardlow or miro or Kingston or malakai or Andrade or rush
By data Go To PostLike how the fuck are yuta, Guevara and Garcia getting more storylines and top card spots than Ricky starks or Darby allin or Wardlow or miro or Kingston or malakai or Andrade or rushBCC is over and it has Yuta, JAS is over and it has Garcia/Guevara so yeah they'll keep popping up. They get a good reaction so fine for me (except Sammy lol).
I would love Miro, Kingston & Rush to get more spots sure but with the Punk fiasco I don't know how bad plans got screwed up.
Malakai is gone for a good few months so hopefully when he comes back, he'll have something.
I do hope Brody doesn't get sidelined aswell, dude is the man!
Is JAS over or just Jerichos song?
AEW crowds would mark out over an empty chair so it’s hard for me to say

Sammy also has a history of backstage issues at AEW despite his short career.
Pretty crazy the amount of protection Tony gives a mediocre flippy boy.

AEW has been having these backstage dramas for a while now. The Punk/Elite situation is the most high profile one, but the problems existed before Punks arrival and are continuing even after his suspension. Punk was in the wrong but I'm beginning to think he had a point wrt to backstage leaks and bust ups.
I want AEW to succeed as there needs to be a viable alternative to WWE. Especially the HHH led version whose original vision was to buy out the competition.

WON: Sammy did not throw any punches. Andrade punched him and Sammy did not fight back. It was broken up immediately.
Meltzer says Andrade was waiting for him in the hallway and got two punches in before being broken up. Sammy did not punch anyone. Andrade was just sent home.
Bryan echoes and says that 4 out of the 5 people he talked to said that this happened.
Meltzer emphasizes 100% that Sammy did not throw the punches. He attributes Andrade's motive to his wanting to be fired.

I think Christopher Daniels is head of Talents Relations and some other people aswell.
Andrade probably wants to get fired to go back to papa H ?

Saraya has been cleared to wrestle by AEWs doctors. Even with that, I'd still be very nervous watching her wrestle. The way she crumpled after that dropkick to the corner is still one of the worst things I've seen in wrestling.
Meltzer reports that one of the parties in the Punk/Elite dispute is making is being uncooperative and making things difficult. Obviously he's insinuating that it's Punk.
I've an issue with his reporting however as he obviously has a vested interest in all of this.

Yeah, I'm fearing for Saraya's first match back. Hopefully with someone really safe but I assume it'll be with Britt? Would be pretty safe I think.
One would assume Punk is the one holding it up because he has to most to lose?

By DiPro Go To PostI went to see Lucha Libre. Super fun, i think i like wressling.Who were the wrestlers ?

I like the concept and it's focus on younger wrestlers. The 'NEVER' title should have focused on younger guys, but on the end it started going to older, upper midcarders who weren't quite popular enough to challenge for the heavyweight title.
Belt design isn't great though.

Gallows and Anderson returning to WWE is interesting. Especially because the former is actually a champion in New Japan right now.
I like the idea of a feud between 'Not Bullet Club' and Judgement Day. You've got all the history between 4 of those members and it gives AJ and Balor an actual feud to get into.
And if it leads to another singles banger between the two then all the better.

god i see what you have done for others
i have no idea why that would be marked as sensitive content its just a story lol
I love watching early/mid 00's wrestling. AJ, Danielson and Joe all have legitimate claims of being the best in their profession over the last 20 years. Here they are wrestling in front of about 50 people in a high school gym.
RIP.
Kitamura was a massive prospect a few years ago. IIRC he missed a lot of time due to concussion issues and was quietly released a year or two ago.

Hangman got injured in the main event vs Mox but seems to be doing allright.
That MJF v Regal Promo though. Pure gold.

breh what the fuck I was just listening to this kid yesterday on the podcast jesus christ

Prayers to nash, holy shit.
AEW Plus on FIte.tv is going to air all Dynamite/Rampages on a 30 day delay starting Nov 22.
So after the price hike and now this, don't see a reason to still keep it.
The Nash news is so heartbreaking, hope he recovers from it.

More Punk situation news. Looking worse and worse for ol skinny fat Phil
A completely made up story," said one person close to the other side. "He's (Punk) losing (in the investigation results) and is desperate. There was a multiple weeks long investigation and this was oddly not discovered? Hmm. Also, it's so happened to be mentioned the moment there was news about (the Bucks & Omega) possibly coming back? It's insane that people would even humor this," and noted about the entire investigation on the situation being completed and how it turned out.
Another person there at the time said it's very clear that the story about the dog never happened.
Another person who was in the room seconds after the incident started who is not affiliated with either side, although ended up negative to Punk after it all went down, said, "The dog story is a complete lie. When the altercation was happening Punk was a total psycho and could've cared less about the dog. Kenny picked the dog up to save him from being hurt and gave him to Megha. Megha was holding the dog screaming at Punk to stop. Punk didn't even register that his `baby' was being held by a stranger in the middle of a fight. It didn't stop him one bit."
Punk utterly blew it. He was AEW's biggest star, biggest draw and their World Champion. His feud with MJF is one of the best in the last 10 years and he could've had others just as good with Moxley, Danielson, Omega. But ego and jealousy got in the way.
I think he's had a HoF worthy career and is one of the best pro wrestlers of the last 20 years. His stint in AEW could have cemented his place as the greatest, if he just wasn't so combustible.
I still think he's not entirely to blame though. Someone was definitely spreading stories to the media about him. Punk seems to have made AEW a more toxic place, but there was already some of that there before he arrived and promoted by his arrival. The Elite are rumoured to have issues with FTR and there were definitely tensions with Cody and his departure from AEW. Lot of hit pieces were published by various wrestling sites. Someone with an axe to grind spoke out.

I read that Hobbs is injured? Would explain why Ricky is slumming it on Dark atm.
Tony really doesn't know what to do with his stories when one of the main players gets injured/benched.
Also, these Impact jobbers called "The Kingdom" are signed to full time deals?

Prime TNA's tag team division is so slept on nowadays
It was the main event of an event loaded with former top WCW guys too.

AEW were generating some buzz about something big happening on Dynamite.
It was Colt Cabana making a surprise return to challenge Jericho for the RoH title. Funny moment, but incredibly petty. Also would have hit harder if that show were actually any good. Dynamite has been seesawing in quality for months now.
