FP1:
Charles (and Alonso) on slightly different tire programs, would suggest turbo penalty tomorrow? Would be so Ferrari to put everything new in to the pool except the part that failed few times already this season, but prob pen.
Short track so everything close, was surprised that they pushed one lap and bet of tires gone (rear). And Charles did longest run on meds and was complaining that his rears were gone, so either green track or slight advantage RBR (so far this year better on rear tires), will see FP2. Fernando was on it, but Alpine last few races was really quick on the Friday, hope that's not the case here.
Only data gathering regarding new TD (measuring vertical load porpoising/bouncing), so most teams running if nothing happened. End straight lot of bouncing going on.
Who is destroying my 3 years rest with all that noise

By MF Coom Go To PostGenunine El Plan or just free practice pace from Nando?had an issue FP1, not quite sure what, but had to stop session early.
FP2:
Seeing Charles doing both runs on reds, it is clear he will take new turbo and penalty tomorrow. Not much between him and Max, Carlos just litlle slower. Sergio complaining about balance car and well off, so that will be Max set-up ctrlC ctrlV for tomorrow. Long runs tricky as lot of traffic and hardly any clean laps, but last two laps were still very quick for Max, so tire wear looks at least under control.
Alonso (also longrun pace was quick as was Seb, did not see what longrun he did, George there or there about in long run and Lewis parking car early as "it was undriveable". Valteri again tech issues in an FP session.
The Big tech chief on deck this weekend, eloquent as ever and with Lewis his comment after FP2;"this is the car for this season and we will have to though it out" sounds like all money on next season.
10 place grid confirmed for Charles, feel like they will full up the entire PU pool to 4 new parts today, would be back of the grid but that does not matter a lot for the min end result (4th), but we will see in FP3.
Markao, you really are the best. Not gonna be able to watch any action this weekend with the time difference, so glad to read your comments.
Yeah I get most of my F1 news trough a Dutch journalist on Twitter, the subreddit and Markao keeping this thread up to date. Keep at it mate
FP3:
Wet, slightly less rain in to bit more in the end. Looks like it all came down to temperature in the tires, George set that time on wets were others around him were on inters (so maybe crossover point). Alpine/Ferrari/Aston looked quick after a warm-up lap, others (RBR for example, or maybe floor just working less in rain) just could not get going (4/5th lap).
If we get a session with lot of stops, Carlos/Fernando and Seb look good. As a;ways teams do have some time to adjust, so lets wait and see in 2 hours.
