Continue to be rumors about the Grizzlies trying to move up again. Just seems like it wouldn’t be worth it unless you can jump into the top 5
By jjasper Go To PostContinue to be rumors about the Grizzlies trying to move up again. Just seems like it wouldn’t be worth it.Seems they don't think they can attract another All-Star level player in FA or trade, so they are continue through it with the draft while your core is still young.

I was cool jumping to 10. I just think that 10 to say 7 is diminishing returns. Now go for something bigger I would be more interested.
By DY_nasty Go To PostGotta wonder what the fuck Brandon Clarke did to be damaged goods already
Tillman / Jackson frontcourt just makes more sense cause Jaren too light in the ass to play center.
By DY_nasty Go To PostGotta wonder what the fuck Brandon Clarke did to be damaged goods alreadyI liked him coming out the draft so much and he was so good his rookie year, too. Wtf happened???
By Not Go To PostSmokey's still a Rockets fan??
I'm hoping for fuckery 2nite
We coming byke tonight
Must be what Knicks fans have felt like for the past 20 yrs
By DY_nasty Go To PostGotta wonder what the fuck Brandon Clarke did to be damaged goods alreadyI dunno but he was really bad this year. Worse in almost every way. One of the worst rookie to sophomore declines I have ever seen

By Kibner Go To PostReminder of how much a crapshoot the draft can be:At least half of them will still be collecting paychecks as a role player
Not everyone wants to have a meaningful impact. Making it as just a role player in the NBA means you get to improve the living situation for your family (if you want) or just never have to work a day in your life after your career is over. No pressure either so you don’t gotta worry about sports fans giving you shit
Where’s the trades man I need some news. Fully expecting a Henry Abbot tweet about Kuz/Schroder/THT and picks for Lillard “imminent” only for nothing to happen
Why would Kings do this? Harrison Barnes is better and Kuzma's ceiling AND cheaper. That's before accounting for Hield.
By Red Blaster Go To Postkuzma is and always has been asscrap but hield is expensive and not gooda voice of reason for once.
By jjasper Go To PostClearly Kuzma is just unrealized potential cuz he’s not a first or 2nd option. Teams are buying low yup.
Kyle Kuzma bidding war is the draft day content I was looking for

By reilo Go To PostSmokey and Microsoft PR :: Nelo Ice and Lakers PRI’m surprised teams actually want him lol. Not sure how DeMar would help on his own but at least in theory Hield brings shooting. Of course it’s looking like this all hinges on Trezz opting in.
You guys have draft picks and free agents and the Wolves are looking at a sign and trade for Lauri Markkanen. Rosas is allergic to guys that play defense.

I don't think it's that crazy? Wiggins is a negative asset and they're going to have to pay to move off him.
By rodeoclown Go To PostI don't think it's that crazy? Wiggins is a negative asset and they're going to have to pay to move off him.Two lottery picks (including Top 7) in a strong draft, last year's #2, and two future firsts? That's crazy.
By rodeoclown Go To PostI don't think it's that crazy? Wiggins is a negative asset and they're going to have to pay to move off him.4 first round picks for Ben Simmons? I know assets are overrated but that is an insane proposal.
Is Brogdon a Laker yet?
By reilo Go To PostTwo lottery picks (including Top 7) in a strong draft, last year's #2, and two future firsts? That's crazy.I mean, he was the no. 2 pick and then he played games and wasn't all that good last year. He doesn't really fit with the Sixers' timeline or anything, either.
At that point, you're mostly looking at the draft compensation, and while 7 and 14 aren't nothing, future Warriors picks aren't valuable. They'll be late in the first round and Morey of all GMs would rather have early seconds than late firsts because of the guaranteed contracts. They're also going to have to give a little extra to make anybody take on that Wiggins deal.
Shrug, I guess.
Also, Morey is greedy af. Why would you ask for Wiseman when you got Embiid. Only way you want Wiseman is to flip him for another asset.
I feel what Morey is doing. You set the price high so whoever actually wants him comes with an offer that's more than Brogdon and a pick.
What does 7 and 14 even really get you in this draft? Like, Bouknight and a lottery ticket at 14? Eh.
simmons next to klay/steph seems pretty good to me? not like gsw is gonna actually be patient with wiseman anyway
Why does Morey even want to be hoarding draft picks right now? He needs to be filling major gaps, not rebuilding. Not sure where that Warriors trade even addresses any of their issues.
