I'm not married but I have been in multiple long term relationships so allow me to chime in. She probably feels uneasy because she doesn't feel like what she contributes is equal to what you do. You have give constant affirmations that what she contributes to the marriage holds immeasurable value to you. You know the little things she does for you that you appreciate immensely but silently, just let her know. I imagine marriage is constant work but imo that is what it is supposed to be.
