People thought he was natural? He built like a battle toad, used to see him around here, the gym he and the black tom cruise cat go to are in my city.
I knew he wasn’t natty I just didn’t think he started so early. I figured he was like 31 and started at 21 or so.
Not surprising . Most the teens on tik tok gym are gassed the fuck out before even hitting junior year of high school
It's still shocking to me that people think that all these athletes, fitness gurus and bodybuilders aren't on PEDs. You just don't get those gains naturally. Like Domino right now is built but if he just went on one cycle he would probably increase his PR by 100lbs on all lifts and would look like a freak beast.

The biggest compliment I've gotten is someone asking me where to get gear from, I don't and have never used, but to the non-gym goer I look(ed) big as hell. But, when I went to my gym I saw the people who were clearly on it, they looked cavemen in the face, built like ninja turtles / battle toads and they were doing my flat max on the incline bench for reps.
Have no idea how anyone who knows what protein powder is can't hit their protein goal daily with ease. Just today:
Sourcream & Chives and chicken- 510 calories 37 grams of protein
Protein shake - 240 calories. 50 grams of protein for the whey
Fat free milk - 180 calories. 16 grams of protein
Trade Joes sausages - 200 cal. 22 grams of protein.
2 scrambled eggs - 140 caloires. 12 grams of protein.
That's 137 grams of protein for 1270 calories. If I'm cutting drastically, that still leaves me with nearly 1,000 calories worth of protein to sneak in there and that's not counting my carbs/fats. Like obviously you dont use the protein shake a s a crutch but you get in at least one a day and that knocks out 1/4th of my protein goal.

You really don't need a lot of protein unless you are PEDs. Just stick to lean meats and you will be fine.

But following/googling weightlifting terms/athletes just fills my algorithim with those cornball motivational videos(not the transformation ones but the ones where theyre like USE YOUR ANGBER!!!!!) and I think that's genuinely my least favorite part of 'gym culture'. People spend an hour a day at the gym and act like they're fighting for their lives. Bruh I ain't storming Normandy, I'm hitting a couple compound back exercises then doing some bicep isolation work the fuck.

First week of factor meals has been good, but I can see it getting old after a while. It's nice to actually eat decently though. I've noticed far less of a crash at the end of my work shift now
Gone from 240 to 226 pounds. Bench barely phased.

Bench pressed 185 for two clean reps and I weigh 185, proud. Probably been 2 years of consistent gym routine for me. Remember when I could barely do 2 reps of 135.
At 19% body fat right now, plan is to bring that down and keep pushing weight up

Both my nephews want to work out now, which is dope, except I made a deal with the little one that however many pushups he can do I will do 2x. Just a week ago he struggled to do 3 straight with proper form, now he's up to 8 per set with strict form. He records himself then sends me proof he did them. The older one does cross country running now, and he's the only freshman on his team, he was a pudgy little guy last year, and this year at 13 he's leaned out and grew into a lanky looking, chiseled jawed young man, kind of crazy to see. He wants to dunk by summer, so I got him doing plyometrics (He's 5'10").
