Made some technique adjustments over the last few squat days (breathing and bracing timing), along with adding a lot of heavy and high volume leg press and hack squats

Starting physical therapy tomorrow, hopefully it's not a full tear. Getting tests done for it tomorrow too but all signs point toa tear hé said.

I been using pre made meal kits from freshly/factor for when I don't feel like cooking. All their stuff is high protein and stops me from getting takeout.

I got ghost pepper and Jamaican hot sauce for the taste. I just eat it to save time and cause I know what the macros are, but depending on where you live there's local meal prep Latin/black services

I'd probably look 50% better if I put even a minimum amount of effort into eating, but it's one of the few things I'm just real shit about. Only thing I'm good about cooking is eggs.

I miss being able to do that. I’d switch up the meat day to day between chicken breast/thighs/lean pork/pollock and the seasonings, switch up the veg from broccoli/sprouts/spinach/green beans.
It’s so much harder to hit consistent macros when i’m cooking for myself and my girlfriend. She’s a fussy eater at the best of times, won’t eat the same type of meal multiple days in a row.
On the bright side at least it pretty much forces me to eat a more varied diet than I would normally. Any semblance of meal prep for is out the window though.
