seems like its just to flex being able to do it longer than the next man
i mostly just do laying leg raises and hanging leg raises. never put that much into it since my diet/cardio isnt where it'd need to be right now to get visible results.

normally they announce it just a month before but the director knows we havent been playing since like january since spring/summer leagues got cancelled. more time to knock the rust off

Personally I'm not really a fan of meat replacements. Tried out the Beyond Meat burger recently, since I was curious about it and it isn't soy based. I was pleasently suprised by it, but it's not really healthy either and it's more expensive than meat. Not a big fan of tofu either.
I would honestly try out a shitload of veggies and see what you like and don't. Because recipees are one thing, but you can plan alot easier when you got a good overview. I dunno if there is a similar site in the US, but there is a german one where you can type in ingredients and it gives you recipess for that.
What I can really recommend are stews. Most of them are healthy, you can prepare them and they even taste better after a day or two in alot of cases. Most of them really deliever a flavor punch. Might not be the best choice during summer, but I would really consider trying out alot of them.

For example the bolognese I do can easily be done with more celery and carrots instead of the meat. Did it without meat already and it was pretty damn great.
But I'll give you one recipee.
Djuvec rice is a dish that's pretty popular in the balkan region. There are plenty of variations and it's actually mostly used as side dish. I got no problem with just using it as main course. It's easy, it's tasty as fuck and you can leave it in a pot for 2 days.
I have also used carrots in there for example and I use far more peppers than in the video. Usually doing a huge pot.

i only do weights, and still easing into things, so wouldn't mind wearing a mask even if it became slightly harder to breathe, but taking the mask off to drink water so often seems like a recipe for disaster. those bars are probably all coronad up

My gym has a shirty 50 minute limit that doesn't work because faux-chads like to hog benches and equipment for 30 minutes and do 15 reps the entire time.

So instead of my normal 12 incline press with 65 pound dbs I did 12 reps @ 40 lbs while specifically spending 4 seconds on the eccentric every single time. And I also did it unilaterally just for overall more fatigue.
