Wow
Has a trailer for Fall Guy been released that gives any insight as to what the movie is about at all? It seems everything is geared towards here is Ryan Gosling's new movie! He was Ken, now he's in this!
By NiceGuy Go To PostI've had Patriot Games on my list for a whileClear and Present Danger is very entertaining. Of the two Ford Jack Ryan movies, it's the better picture.
Hunt For Red October is gud

Gosling is a stunt double that gets caught up rescuing Aaron-Taylor Johnson from some shady shit while his ex is the director.
This has nothing to do with The Pope's Exorcist. Russell Crowe really likes those demonic paychecks.
Not a lambreta in sight so this is clearly the inferior movie.

Your cinematographers were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should.

Just finished Escape From New York. I've watched most of Carpenters movies, but this one was a blind spot for me. It's fucken brilliant.
Has just the right amount of hamming it up from the cast. Ernest Borgnine and Harry Dean Stanton were excellent. Script is excellent too. They packed so much into 90 minutes. There's so much hinted at about the wider world that's outside of the story. They're essentially in another Cold War scenario between the US, Russia and China. But they don't go into it aside from some fleeting mentions.
Kurt Russell is a superstar and the perfect 80's action hero. I never realised Kojima ripped off Russell's Snake Plissken to such an extent. The face, voice, hidden sense of vulnerability is all transplanted to Solid Snake.

By reilo Go To PostThere's a 4K version right, but only on disc?Should be available on digital too, unless you meant streaming?
By Freewheelin Go To PostShould be available on digital too, unless you meant streaming?Don't see it available to purchase/rent digitally in 4K. It's on Freevee (that shitty Amazon thing) but in SHD.
I have checked with my sources and can confirm there is indeed a digital 4K version of Escape From New York available for download.

Not sure if I had watched it before MGS2, but i definitely watched it afterwards.
Donβt bother with LA.
Christine (about the news reporter who shot herself on air in the 1970s) was pretty gud. Rebecca Hall was outstanding.
Civil War was fine or whatever

Glen Powellβs wikipedia profile photo is unnerving. It looks like one of those filters which mirrors one half of your face but his hair is not symmetrical.
