Oh yeah for sure. It happens quite often, wish it was called every time. Cause 100% of the time that is a foul outside of the penalty area.

I don't mind the pen very much because Cedric interferes a bit but then Holding absolutely clears him out as well. I assumed that was the foul being called when I first saw the replay.
