By Righteous Furry Go To Post@people watching the City game, did Villa just blow themselves out getting the 2-0 lead or did they start playing differently?
Not much changed. They got tired, Gundogan came on and exploited Chambers. Rodri goal was poor from a defensive standpoint.
By n8 dogg Go To PostWonder how much this affects Pool for next week. Would feel deflating for them if they won neither, surely.in the end you did what you had to do, so should not be to bad
Loosing final though would be tough

Good season for City overall. Always is when you win the league.
Remarkable for Liverpool to make it this far and lose by a point for the second time in four years.

How do they blow the whistle at 94:26 when Ederson sat on the floor for two minutes
Leeds jumped Burnley
By inky Go To PostSo many ups and downs but nothing changed in the end lol

By sohois Go To PostI'm just going to pretend that the Everton penalty was the only decision that went one teams way and decide the refs gave City the titleActually I Lied. I forgot to mention that City are cheats who have cheated at every available opportunity
Bleh.
Feels like we've missed our chance of getting back into the CL, going to be really difficult next year now we have to play EL every week too.
Not sure if we're going to be able to get all the transfer business done this summer either as there's a lot to do (again). Need two strikers, at least one midfielder, two full backs and a CB if Saliba goes.
Oh well at least Arteta fixed the vibes though, that's the important thing.

Well, that was a pretty frantic and exciting end.

Congrats to Liverpool on one hell of a race and one hell of a season.

By Feorax Go To PostAbandon everything for the PL next year. Play the u15’s in the Champions League groups stage.
In a few years - especially if you win the CL - you will look back at this season as a stunning achievement. Literally 10 minutes from a domestic treble, lost it by one point. Remarkable stuff, honestly.
