Soton can't even get it out of their own half. Would be surprised if they even had another shot on target let alone a goal.
By WoodenLung Go To Postsorry nephew, but copenhagen flames too stronkFor a team formed 3 months ago with players that haven't played a major for years, that was incredible. Amazing effort. If the next major is here, it's gonna be huge. Congrats m8.
If Notts somehow come through this Keinan Davis should be binned expeditiously. Actually binned regardless.
What a crazy season for us. League Cup, FA Cup, down to the last day in the PL, and CL final to come.
Love to see this team continue to grow and improve.

To think I was concerned about top four before the season
Imagine if we both dropped points on Sunday

Genuinely remarkable. Can’t see any team getting as close for a long, long time to come.
Pool fans - how disappointed would you be if you lost both at this point?

Pretty gutted really. Think the performance of the team over the course of the season deserves at least one. I think without one of the big ones, how close we were to uncharted territory will become forgotten, and instead a story of winning 2 domestic cups and “bottling” a CL final.

I’m like you in that so long as I’m enjoying the journey, the trophy at the end is only the cherry on top. It’s been fun to be a Liverpool fan, I like this team more than I’ve liked any team since I started following us.
Of course I’d be ecstatic to win the PL, as unlikely as it is. Given the amount of effort the players put out and the style of football we play, I’ll have thoroughly enjoyed the season regardless of what happens on the final day.
The CL, however, I’d be very disappointed to lose. It would still be a great season, but when you come so far and come in as favorites (which I think we are), you want to finish it off right. Losing a second CL final to Madrid would sting for sure.

Would be annoyed to lose both, but the FA Cup win was huge in not potentially looking back on this as an entirely wasted opportunity, personally at least.
The League Cup doesn't cut it, cup double just about does.

Tell you what, it’s thoroughly depressing looking back at some of the points totals United were able to win the league with back in the day.
Crazy that as recently as 10/11 they were able to win it on 80 points, 9 points clear of Chelsea…

I mean, they call it the "Gallogate" for a reason
Because that's where they literally used to hang people
