By Fenderputty Go To PostI mean you get to see some of the inefficiencies of the imperial army. Like reports not being made cause of fear of punishment. Power jockeying etc etc. Pollitics in then senate.Sure but do any Jedis do any backflips while wielding dual lightsabers?
You also get to see life in an imperial prison, or go own it’s like for an average person living under imperial rule.
You also get to see how morally grey some of then early rebels were.

The re-telling of the making of "A Goofy Movie" on Atlanta is one of the best episodes of any series.

That would be cool if the MC was interesting.
tbf I only watched one episode, but I even watched Boba for most the season if that means anything.
Also, the rebels being assholes was always known.
I still haven't gotten to episode 3 of Andor
Like, who cares. At least with Obi-Wan I could get high and be like this is dumb and sucks. Andor I just fall asleep

Finished Riget Exodus. Honestly as good as the first two seasons, if not better. Do recommend.
Dafoe speaking Danish is even weirder than Udo Kier doing it though.
In the end, it really felt like a goodbye from Trier though. I think this was his swansong. But what a way to end it, after a rather mixed bag the latest years with his films.

Fell off Atlanta during season 3 but I heard the latest episode is a one off like the Tyler Perry one
About 15 minutes and I still can't believe this is real 🤣
Edit: the big ass goofy shoes at the crime scene 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Might be my favorite episode of the whole series
Sidenote Brian McKnight's a pretty good actor and Sinbad looked rough :(

Heard the My Name is Earl guy also made Raising Hope, so I'm watching that now. Shocked that he was also responsible for *shivers*....Yes, Dear.
By NiceGuy Go To PostToday I learned that Janeiro means JanuaryWait till u learn about February
By s y Go To PostSo the capital of Brazil is River de January?Well it's not the capital anymore lol but yes, Portuguese explorers thought the bay was a river and it happened to be January at the time.
Had no idea it was no longer the capital(and hasn't been since 1960 lol).
That fun fact makes sense though. Is the political history between Brazil and Portugal interesting?

Hoo boy :lol
Yeah pretty interesting.
Yeah pretty interesting.
In April 1500, Brazil was claimed by Portugal on the arrival of the Portuguese fleet commanded by Pedro Álvares Cabral. Until 1530 Portugal had yet to establish their first colony in Brazil. In the first century of settlement, the Portuguese realized it would be difficult to use the natives as slave labor. They were not docile, had high mortality when exposed to Western diseases and could run away and hide rather easily. So Portugal turned to imported African slaves for manual labor.
Watching The Old Man, pretty fun! John Watts the Spider-Man guy? I should watch Cop Car.
Young Jeff Bridges looks like Solid Snake, it’s all I think of when he shows up.

By Zabojnik Go To PostAndor continues to be brilliant, my most anticipated show every week now.
Yeah I’m pumped for next episode
By Not Go To PostNo huge loss

By NiceGuy Go To PostI don't think I liked it :(I know I didn't

Yes.
Yeah. It looks very nice. Just saw that it it doesn't use StageCraft to do the virtual sets and locations, and instead they used actual large-scale sets at Pinewood or shot on location. It shows.
By DY_nasty Go To Posthow is periphery?Ok so far. Cool concept but not totally sure .. haven’t seen episode 4
