Derschowitz is an evil cunt and if the BAR had any moral or ethical clauses he'd violate all of them
By Perfect Blue Go To PostI would imagine she has tried it many times already. Government likely has all it needs from her.More like, she doesn't have anything that wasn't already known.
By Cleff Go To PostDershowitz discourse?watched all those videos of dude exposing the other dude's book then at the end it was like "yeah so none of that shit mattered because dershowitz had power and blew up his whole career"

BANJA LUKA, Bosnia and Herzegovina — When Bosnia’s medicines agency inspected oxygen sold to hospitals to treat Covid-19 patients in the country’s Serb-controlled region in September, it made a shocking discovery: The oxygen was meant for use only in industrial machines, not on human beings.
But rather than trying to correct the situation, the region’s leader, Milorad Dodik, a pugnacious Serb nationalist, instead tried to tear apart the multiethnic fabric of the Bosnian state, a fragile union created in 1995 by American diplomacy out of the wreckage of war.
Bosnian investigators have traced the oxygen shipments to a company controlled by one of Mr. Dodik’s close political allies, and some foreign diplomats say his secessionist threats are a means to deflect from allegations of corruption.
Now the United States and the European Union, which Bosnia aspires to join, are desperate to stop the new crisis from escalating into conflict, or creating the sort of political instability that Russia could exploit. Russia, which wants to prevent Bosnia from joining the bloc or NATO, is already siding with Mr. Dodik.https://www.nytimes.com/2022/01/02/world/europe/bosnia-war-putin.html
Sigh, not what I wanted to read with my morning coffee
By Perfect Blue Go To Post“a pugnacious Serb nationalist”Seems fitting for someone that's still denying Bosnian genocide
Interesting description of Dodik
By reilo Go To PostSeems fitting for someone that's still denying Bosnian genocideMan is an absolute fucking cretin you’d think the NYT would properly describe to people unfamiliar with him just how bad he is.
Every Serb i've ever talked to railroads the conversion to a few specific topics. One being that it was the Bosnian's own fault that they were victims of an ethnic cleansing, or why all Muslims are evil. When they find out my ethnicity it gets worse and they can barely keep the hate back.
Chilling parallels with Greek Cypriot dogma about Cyprus.

The European Commission said it had begun consultations with European Union countries on the proposal, which is intended to provide a common set of definitions of what constitutes a “sustainable investment” in Europe. Any final plan would be subject to approval by a majority of member states, or by the European Parliament.https://www.nytimes.com/2022/01/02/business/europe-green-investments-nuclear-natural-gas.html
“The Commission considers there is a role for natural gas and nuclear as a means to facilitate the transition towards a predominantly renewable-based future,” the statement, released on Saturday, said.
The proposal caps one of the most heated political battles in Europe at a time when its leaders have pledged to pull the planet back from the brink of climate catastrophe. It follows months of intense lobbying pitting a pronuclear bloc led by President Emmanuel Macron of France, Europe’s biggest atomic power producer, over objections from Germany and other countries that are wary of a proliferation of nuclear power on European soil.

I'm not sure if any of this is related but the COVID-19 pandemic is going to have a massive toll on all of our psychology; depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, etc. I know it's taken a toll on me, wonder what the greater impact will be once we're out of the pandemic and have time to analyze this in greater detail and understanding.
@PB, NYT loves using the word pugnacious:
After years of complacency and wishful thinking, Brussels is finally trying to rein in the country’s pugnacious leader, Prime Minister Viktor Orban.https://www.nytimes.com/2022/01/03/world/europe/eu-hungary-threat.html
What are the odds on Trump announcing his 2024 candidacy on January 6? Word is he’s got some conference or other at Mar-A-Lago that day.
