As far as that specific song, you're better off getting it for PC as the community adds songs themselves and you're almost certain to find 90% of what you're looking for. On consoles you're stuck with purchasing whatever Ubisoft can license.
On top of that the real tone cable you need for the game is also great to record your own shit on PC with software.
i use it using my audio interface instead of a cable and it works just fine, on PC of course
