I have eaten beondegi here in Korea, which is silkworm pupa. Wasn’t very nice.

No issue with the concept of eating insects, I've had a few in my life, but yeah I'm not really sure how you make a meal out of them.
I've had mealworm burgers (it's mosly in the bun I think) and something else on a stick they roast at the asian festival one time.
Not to bad, but as Shanks said, serve it in a creative way and I'll eat it.
