All of the points seem to be in scoring or saving, but you can have a decent game without doing either and get fuck all points for it

When you press X for the second time midair, just put the oposite direction on the analog stick at the same time.
It's great to hit bycicle kicks, for example.

You get poinst to a lot of things: blowing up someone, shot on target, centering the ball, save, goal, assist, hitting the ball hard, bycicle kick, backwards kick, a so much more.
