I've potentially got upgraded versions of UC4, GoW, Spidermang, TLOU2 (and probably others I'm forgetting) to play in the first year if Sony actually put some effort into PS4 BC.
Top 100 most played PS4 games will receive enhancements and be ready for launch. They are looking to increase that number over time is how I understood it.
I don't even expect them to talk about back compat here. They already told you it plays PS4 games and has PS4 and PS4 Pro modes. They're not going to give games resolution bumps and such.

If a PS4 game runs at an uncapped framerate, PS5 boost mode will take care of the rest. Just like PS4 Pro boost mode with PS4 games.
