Only the latter reliably creates spacing. I don't know if teams respect the outside shot of those bigs enough to change how they defend Westbrook.
Wiz will make it because Beal is the best player in the conference among the teams who didn't make it last year, and Russ is #2. And I think that's true no matter how much you might like Trae or Vucevic.

I haven't been able to train my nephews much, but on the bright side the 9 year old is in the 98-99% for height at his age now, he's up to 5'0.5" when the average 9 year old is 4'4".
Gonna train them this summer though, will be able to spend 2-3 weeks with them doing work.
