By pkaz01 Go To PostThat's true he did pretty good with them too, MDA on the Nets would've been interesting from a skill standpoint, those two are too crazy for him though I think, Nash has to act "woke" to make that work. Although Amar'e was a bit of a weird dude too and he made that work.MDA coached J-Rich and CP3, he'd be aiight
If Doc is smart, he waits for the Atlanta job to open up.
That city is perfectly fine with blown leads anyways

By Doomsayer Go To PostD'Antoni would've had at least 1 solid year with the Lakers if Kobe didn't blow his achilles out right before the playoffs… :(
Ehhh. I Remember The way Kobe looked at D’antoni.
He needs a specific roster
By blackace Go To Postor get paid around 30 mil total for the next 2 years… he had 2 years left on his Clippers dealI wonder how many coaches are being paid from those deals lol. Coaches don't last long in the league and they're regularly signed to long term contracts.

Coaches don't last long in the league and they're regularly signed to long term contracts.I mean you can't blame coaches, JVG was considered a great coach years ago and has been begging to get another chance forever... get yo money. lol Mike Brown's contract with the Lakers ended 2 years ago 🤣
JVG at least has a good agent that constantly keeps his name out there. He's somehow in the mix for every job that ever opens up.
that sounds like a fantastic compliment to Nash.
I mean the well coached teams practically coach themselves.
just ask Kerr.

By Dark PhaZe Go To PostMakes more sense when you include Kawhi on the left, which you should because he wasn't coming without George. Is he really though?
Clips still have the ability to recover and chip.
Doc is a good coach. Good hire from Philly, but there's more work to do in terms of the roster. I like Simmons, but the only way he runs the 1 for my team is if he becomes more aggressive offensively. Sans that, play the 4 or get traded.
By DY_nasty Go To Post
By blackace Go To PostI don't know about that… I might give Kenny a look.☝🏿
The Nets must be sick af… 2 HoF coaches on the market and they pulled the trigger early to hire a rookie coach that already lost the locker-room🤣
By Pac-12 Go To PostThe real question you might have is why is DY ignoring domino.im all fucked by raised by wolves ngl
The real answer.
By blackace Go To PostThey are saying Gentry might join Doc in PhillyDamn it, I was hoping he would join Malone.
By Koko Go To PostDamn it, I was hoping he would join Malone.he is also linked to being an associate HC in Sacramento... which would mean Luke done 🤣
By blackace Go To PostNot trying to be funny… but is that a big deal for China and or Utah?they probably dont know the Jazz exist in China tbh
By Koko Go To PostDamn it, I was hoping he would join Malone.I love Stephen Silas. He could've had jobs 2 years ago. Don't know if he can unfuck Houston though.

By The Frankman Go To PostTyrese Halliburton dropping like a stone…I don't think he's dropping so much as other guys are rising.
His ceiling is pretty clear to anyone who's followed him and there's only so many teams that could even use that kind of player.
By DY_nasty Go To PostI don't think he's dropping so much as other guys are rising.Clippers should be falling over themselves to get that guy. Smart, can run the O and play D and it gets Pat Bev the fuck outta the starting lineup.

Y'know, if they actually had a 1st rounder. *facepalm*
By rodeoclown Go To PostThe Killian Hayes hype is getting out of control.speaking of
I don't think Hayes is gonna be great. I have a real hard time separating him from Jerryd Bayless tbh... but in this poopoo draft, he's probably the safest bet out of all the top guards.
By The Frankman Go To PostClippers should be falling over themselves to get that guy. Smart, can run the O and play D and it gets Pat Bev the fuck outta the starting lineup.Haliburton won't be ready for big winning-time minutes until at least 2022. He's just not there physically. And that's something has to be a part of the thought process with all of these guys. There won't be any summer league or quality training camp, the season is going to be shorter so the win-focused teams aren't going to be as liberal with their minutes for question mark players, and the next two drafts will be fucking loaded - so any project taken BETTER pay off because they're going to be competing for roster spots against the much better guys that were forced to sit or reclass due to Rona.
Y'know, if they actually had a 1st rounder. *facepalm*
Its a big reason why I'm hesitant to look at any project forward or guards right now. Especially those with limited or somewhat restrictive ceilings.
I'm not convinced Hayes can actually shoot it well enough to be an NBA lead guard and I think good defenders will figure out real quick that he can't go right.
By domino Go To Postjerryd bayless cmon there's no way he's that bad lolHe's less athletic and a slightly better passer. But Hayes has massive holes in his game all the same and he'll be food if those things don't get addressed.
By rodeoclown Go To PostI'm not convinced Hayes can actually shoot it well enough to be an NBA lead guard and I think good defenders will figure out real quick that he can't go right.Yeah. There's being dominant with one hand, and then there's being flatout limited.
He's played relatively high level organized ball since he was really young, but that's.... sometimes that's just an unfair leg up on the competition that's risen to that level the hard way. He's great on angles for a young guy and knows the spots he needs to hit for a good pass. Its kinda why I liked Haliburton more than him. The one time Haliburton was invited to a premier event with other quality guys and not bums - he showed the fuck out.
Hayes either makes it look easy or he's a flowchart PG. But there's always a place in the league for a flowchart PG with his size.
