+3 points, you can tell that win meant a lot to Zidane
2 more games.... Just 2 more games. Win 1 and we win the league.

"Slightly mistimed accident".
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA fuck me.
If Romeu got there any later the game would have already been finished.
Touch late. Almost inch perfect. Maybe next time Oriol.
By WJD Go To PostI’m nervous for a game for the first time in what feels like years. What a nerd.
Don’t bottle it bois
Edit: hahaha I thought United won and this post was on the last page I had refreshed
By WJD Go To PostMy optimistic predictions for the end of the season:I have made peace with Europa my brothers and sisters.
Palace A - win
Chelsea N - loss
West Ham H - win
Leicester A - draw
No idea if that’ll end up being enough in the end.
Excellent technique from Greenwood with that sideways tuck and roll. He already looks like an England player
By ATTICUS H Go To PostSomething tells me we're not getting 6 points from those games. Liverpool will roll over for Chelsea, so them potentially losing to Wolves won't be enough.Won't roll over at Anfield
This is in Leicester's hands imo.

By WJD Go To PostOkay?Just poking fun at the pessimism big club fans have just before they roll over the wee ones. Jokes on me this time.
Brendan has bottled this anyway. It's done.
We need to beat Palace and West Ham going into the final day. A win today would have given us absolute control over how we manage the remaining fixtures but its still on us to finish top 4.
Matic looks knackered btw. Time for one of Fred of McTominay to step in. That might actually force Maguire and Lindelof to step forward to midfield more often.

INSANE
Need Leicester to at least lose one of their games. Anything more than that would be amazing, but think they'll get something vs Sheffield United. hopeful for another red and get battered for the goal difference .
Just want to go into the last game of the season not needing a result pls.

Nah I hope it works out that we need a Win on the last day to get CL.
They need to nut up at some point
And if they don’t then we don’t need to be in the thing anyway
It’s not like our targets are CL dependant

So frustrated at last night's result. Keep looking at the table thinking 'what if?'. It was a deserved point for Saints; Bruno and Pogba having off days is never going to bode well for us.
Didn't know Leicester had Sheffield AND Tottenham.

Just saw this in an Independent article:
Cas’s verdict hardly exonerates City. The Football Leaks website released thousands of hacked emails two years ago that were published by Der Spiegel, the German magazine. These illegally-obtained documents were inadmissible in the proceedings…
I think Tuchel's major problem there is short of actually winning CL he might be out of that job in roughly a month's time.
By Cleff Go To PostTake with a liberal dose of salt as it's from Jamie Jackson.
Oh baby.
Southampton are a decent side and we know that United aren't all that just yet. Would've taken a draw before kickoff so let's just build from there.
Result doesn't bother me as much as the performance of our midfield. Pogba was sketchy and Bruno and Matic look knackered. I'm pretty sure Bruno's played in every game and the other two had a games rest against Norwich. Fred and McTominay need to be rotated in, but they've played very little since the restart.

Get him on BT. 'Fletch' and McManaman are shocking. ITV 00s commentators were top tier: Drury, Beglin, Townsend.
Course they also had Ron Atkinson drop the hard r live on air, so it wasn't all good.

It’s reported Luis Muriel required stitches to his head after a fall on the edge of a swimming pool, but has no lasting damage and should be available this weekend for Atalanta.
kinda crazy that most of his 17 goals were off the bench.

Fred and McTom should be good enough for Palace. I’d play them both, rest Matic and Pogba and bring Poggy on for Bruno after 50/55m

What I would do too. I'd also be giving time to Dalot, James, Bailly and Ighalo.
Messi's numbers looked average until I noticed that he has 20 assists.
and oh man Clive Tyldesley is iconic, what a shame. People need to divert their negative energy away from his replacement though lol

Probably wouldn’t change the team that much just because we looked fucking trash vs Norwich. I’d bring in Ighalo and Bailly for Thursday, and still play Rashford and Greenwood. Then vs Chelsea James could start instead of one of those two, he’ll get more space against them.
Not sure about Dalot. Wan-Bissaka looked tired last night, would rather have him for Chelsea I guess but it’s Zaha and Pulisic in a row and we probably need him for both.
