Zouma still looking a weakness tbf.
Also idk why you think Chilwell is playing RB but I'm not gunna stop u.
rest of the team kinda sucks but that front four of Werner - Pulisic - Havertz - Ziyech could be damn good.
chelsea fans don't like rudiger any more? he's your only good cb

Grace Robertson mentioned that those 4 are good but what they do is high risk and therefore potentially high turnover, therefore Chelsea's counter attacking weakness may yet be exacerbated.
Also worth noting Ziyech is a bit of a nightmare to train so will be interesting to see if Lampard can manage it.
By Yurtlicious Go To Postwell deserved rossoThanks mate!
must've been extra painful for the other side of Milan to watch too, which I can live with.
Always united in our hate for Inter merdas. You had me worried for a bit there that you would let them win the Scudetto this year.

That article from Grace was spot on. She earned a subscription.
It's vital that next season we show progress on our defending and game management. Whether that be through personnel or a tweaked system, it's imperative that Frank does something to shore things up.
An issue with the fast turnaround between systems is that there will be less time for Frank to implement any new ideas he may or may not have. The slate won't be quite as clean this time around.

By batong_doicare Go To PostI think spurs need to do a spurs today (sorry Scum) and let Bournemouth put pressure on West Haram
I am so torn between wanting West Ham to go down and knowing they’re our best shot at Jones and Lingard leaving.
Why wont Chelsea buy a CB? l
Also they're going to end up kicking themselves not letting CHO develop. I dont get how he gets a look in the team?

By Kidjr Go To PostWhy wont Chelsea buy a CB? lI believe disso said he had some injuries and just came back to fitness. Guess Lamps don't want to change that working front line when chasing a CL place.

Willian and Pedro leaving soon, so I think Lamps would rather rely on their experience to get them CL.
CHO probably came back too quickly. It was a bad injury. I think this season can be considered a wash for him. Much like RLC really.
Morning, lads. Have we lost yet?
By Laboured Go To PostIs Dier playing tomorrow? No Dier today.
If you get those three players right you will challenge for the title next season imo. It would only be things like squad depth or still having Jesse Lingard or Guendouzi

By Laboured Go To PostCurrent thinking. Can't disagree.Think we might be briefing contradictory stories to the press. Last night The Telegraph said Grealish wasn't a priority, but it appears The Times think differently. Other publications say United want 3/4 players, but The Athletic report that United only want to have a £50m net spend this summer but also keep Pogba; our highest value player.
Sancho; Grealish/VdB; CB (who tf knows on this one)
I'm quite confident on getting two of the first three.
Our CB search enigma rolls on...

If you want the best version of Ziyech you play him as 10. Just be prepared to have a proper back four that can clean up his mess when things don't work out. Ziyech on the wings is alright, but Ziyech as a 10 is a whole other beast.
Promes - Tadic - Neres
Ziyech
This front four was a menace to every defense. Too bad we haven't seen them together that much due to injuries.
By Laboured Go To PostAlso worth noting Ziyech is a bit of a nightmare to train so will be interesting to see if Lampard can manage it.
I'm not sure what the English press are publishing but Ziyech has been nothing but outstanding for us. His start at the club was a bit hit and miss because our fans can be shit and start whistling and what not when they don't feel satisfied with a performance. Ziyech being an emotional guy didn't ignore that which created some love/hate relationship. Once we got past that point Ziyech worked himself up to be the guy with the best work ethic in the team. Giving every training his all and delivering 200% on matchdays. He just kept running and chasing down players to retrieve the ball. Even though that is certainly not his primary job. Don't think Lampard has anything to worry about with Ziyech, he's a genuine great guy.
Seems we are getting Pedro Porro on loan from Man City. He had other offers but apparently he wants us because he likes that Ruben Amorim isn't afraid of giving play time to younger players (5 youngsters have made their debut for the team since Amorim took over in February and they all have been giving regular playing time) and he thinks the 3-4-3 system we play will suit him.
By Cleff Go To PostI can see him rejecting the extension, he's not exactly short on money or options. If we're going by what Raiola was saying months ago (and by extension Pogba) about him wanting to win things and progressing through Europe then United is still not quite ready for that, at least not domestically with this Liverpool and City. What changed from that statement till now? The manager's trust in him? United playing better?
not that we're a European powerhouse either but we're in a better position at least and he already likes it here.
Pogba is 27 now, I dunno if that will play into it but maybe.
Pogba already has the Scudetto and whatever the Italian word is for Carrabao - Pool, City, RM and the usual suspects are still in the way of the CL regardless of if he goes to Juve or stays at Manchester Club.
Yeah, I think Pogba stays. United is exciting right now, there's lot of potential there and they just need a few key signings to take it a step forward.
Don't see how a move to Juventus would be an upgrade. Sure, he would get a couple of Serie A titles but that's not really an achievement, Juventus has turn that in routine.
Can't see Juventus winning a Champions League anytime soon.

juve lads theres this promising young french talent that plays in midfield, we're looking to sell for around 60m
Shame for him. But brings Jorginho back into contention. Probably strengthens their defence if we're being honest

Can't see Juventus winning a Champions League anytime soon.we won't (not this season anyway) but sooner than United, that still counts when you have options. Our number one priority each season whether we wanna admit it or not is building a CL winning side, United is building for top 4 consistency. That's a gigantic difference in ambition
I'm not saying he won't stay, I'm saying I can see why he wouldn't. Barca are broke but you can bet your ass if Madrid or other teams come sniffing around he'll absolutely consider it, he's at that stage of his career and United isn't there yet.
and here's the thing about the CL, you can never count any of the big sides out, but you can certainly predict which ones can't ride their luck to a final.
By Elchele Go To PostHe's worth £100M or more tbhReally? Then I expect him to dominate whatever league he goes to immediately.

Feel sorry for Billy Gilmour. Gets his first premier league start and the league goes into lockdown. Gets his second and picks up an injury. Hopefully its not too bad.
