I always find it interesting how much players follow tactical instruction. Like, a couple of months ago these Spurs dudes were pressing animals. Now, they clear their lines and it’s flat fours, everyone behind the ball from 65 mins onwards. Football’s heavily instinctual in so many regards; even the control freaks like Pep or Bielsa can only do so much.

Oh?
Hmmm. No doubt some Arsenal fans who laughed at this concept will be in to slap Arteta around on this.

Levy is a pretty shit owner. It’s still unreal to me how well he lucked out and managed to get Poch. All of his managers before and now after that have been shit or past it.

You would think they would have been used to no crowd noise?

And the one manager he did get right he didn't financially back.

Our defence and midfield has been shot for years. Poch was capable enough to coax some incredible shows of courage to beat City and Ajax in the CL, but the PL games around that were terrible. We very nearly let split top 4

PL Table since Mou came in. Really surprised to be honest, forgot how far behind the rest we were when Poch left :(

By inky Go To PostI still have doubts about Grealish. Could fuck the team dynamic we have, we don't need a bad influence on our young 'uns and he seems the kind to stop trying once he's made it into a big club.Any evidence to support this claim?

bud, pls.
By FootbalIFan Go To PostWtf happened here hahaPutting on a "show" to distract us all from the shite game of football being played.
By Xpike Go To Posti dont feel like most managers had succesful, if any, professional careers, pep and zidane being some of the most obvious exceptionsNah there are many
By JesalR Go To PostThing is, it's going to be largely shit. We've been just uninteresting for so long. Firing Poch, hiring Mou, really not much else to this season other than being wank
Exactly why its going to be brilliant

A lot of news coming out that Jorginho is not in Lampard’s plans. Looks like he will he sold too and we can probably get close to what we bought him for. Emerson and Barkley will be gone as well and I’d imagine other players will follow. Also, we just got 60m due to Morata’s loan to Atletico becoming permanent. Hopefully we then invest that money in more players.
Werner and Ziyech already with possibly Havertz, Chilwell, Rice, and new GK still to come is insane. That’s half an entire starting XI lol...

By Laboured Go To PostWhat could have been with him and Ireland.
By ATTICUS H Go To PostSome of that sounds a bit ambitious, I can't imagine the UK Gov forcing the removal of Mansour or the PL giving a hefty points deduction. Would certainly be great for football, but I can't see it even if the ban is upheld in full

Even I have had enough. Dude needs to go home and be a family man. Become a pundit full time, he's so good at it.
Tottenham are playing excruciatingly dry football, and in 2020 there's 0 patience for Mou's shenanigans.

By Laboured Go To PostI formally pronounce this to be a Transfer Raid by the lad Moyes.I can't believe he's doing this to us
By Laboured Go To PostDe-fucking-licious. A huge silver lining if WH stay up.Finally 7 years on from being appointed Manchester United manager David Moyes is helping to make them great again.
By Laboured Go To PostI'm not sure Zidane earns enough to afford him unfortunately.Fuck it, do it Zidane.
Inspired by a classic tailored aesthetic but filtered through a modern street lens and colour palette. It's light blue. Just say it's light blue.
Reminds me when Warrior made their first Liverpool away shirt and they said it referenced the city's nautical history but the shirt was clearly a wetsuit.
