By Xpike Go To Postsorry to tell you but the whole world has been laughintg at america for a good whileI have reached another state of indifference.
That is weird. It makes for a good headline but Mexico has a 50% test positivity rate and their Health Minister has called testing all but the sickest of patients a waste of time and money.

Yeah blue states really are through the worst of it for sure Neera
Glad we didn't reopen immediately when cases dropped by single digits or anything

Hoping he keeps schools and Disney shut
But along with obvious liberal media bias, Cali took it seriously for the start. DeSantis been an asshole about this from day 1 and abbot has had his moments too. Schadenfreude covid style.

Neera knows what's she's doing and knows her audience.
However, the gap between states that did shut down and implement masks and states that didn't do anything up to this point is undeniable.
We also can't ignore the protests. Those needed to happened but definitely effected the numbers everywhere.

Protesters wore masks and handed out sanitizer and gave a shit, social distancing when possible, and were all outside. At least from my experiences. The real explosion was from indoor gatherings

We good in NY, we had protests.
I'm expecting a rise in cases now that we're in phase 3 with gyms, barbershops and restaurants back open.
By Pac-12 Go To PostMaybe it's a trend, maybe it isn't, but week-over-week reported deaths have been up according to worldometers.
It's a trend. We did it, America! We're heading back up that hill! High fives all around.
By blackace Go To PostThat headline and article paint very different pictures man. Ffs, they even say their are factories set up and being modified for rapidly changing demand in the same article ๐
amazing
If people recall - there was a staggering mask shortage not too long ago. There's obviously going to be equal shortages and friction on the other side of this as well. If the vaccine is effective and in demand, there's absolutely zero way that anyone in the world is pushing out practical delivery to keep pace without new tools. Plus, the very first thing people demanded from this admin was to work around the typical regulations in order to speed up any solutions and provide as many as possible. So like... Which is it? lol
And shit, we spend more on trifling shit that never sees the light of day all the time. Even if that platform doesn't work for a covid vaccine specifically, it's still viable for other stuff down the road.

worked with a guy who used to look up the girl's contact details in the managers office so he could send them anonymous creepy messages.
Fucking howled when the police turned up to the premises a week later asking to speak to both him and the manager lol.

4th of July morons learning the hard way. Hope the party was worth it.
FL provided 520K tests this past week though and I'm part of it. Got an anti-body test performed on Saturday, full blood draw. Really hoping that I test positive, tbh. I was really sick back in early March, along with my whole family, and hopefully my anxiety can chill when I go food shopping or even to the gas station. I don't want anyone near me.
By The Frankman Go To PostDeSantis: Things are stabilizing. No need for a mask mandate.
While it's stupid of him to do this, fortunately, nearly every county in Central Florida and South Florida has one now. Offenders will not be allowed in stores and fined $50-250. Idk about the rest of the bumblefuck Florida counties. I think Jacksonville also has a mandate.
