it looks cheap. feels like they had to throw some green in there because xbox = green.
would've looked classier without it.
By Not Go To PostGreen light in series x looks coolIt's not a light, just green coloured plastic/fan

Does any digital platform allow you to trade in your purchased games? Like the digital equivalent of trading in your game for store credit/cash.
The idea of it doesn't make sense.

Steams X hour playtime refund window, I get and sounds great. Unless you can still return a game for a discounted amount afterwards
But I always see people bring up digital trade in threads about digital vs retail.

Anything you're gonna give an honest spin too though... You gotta hold that
By Freewheelin Go To Postlmao, they're so shamelessI still haven’t played this game.
I’ll hold out for the PS6 version
By DY_nasty Go To Postimagine playing Skyrim day oneIn 2011? It was glorious.
By /sy Go To PostI think the most broken game I've played was either Assassin's Creed 1 on PS3 or Control on PS4.I don’t remember AC1 being broke on PS3? What was the deal there?
I know Skyrim on PS3 was fucked up. Fallout New Vegas on day one (PC) felt like it was falling apart at the seams too.

I remember FO3 bricking my best friends PS3. I don’t think I played a Bethesda game after that besides modded New Vegas on PC. Dude was fighting a death claw and his PS3 was no more.
Genuinely never noticed performance issues with it. Though I suppose I grew up with the PAL versions of games so I was desensitised to performance issues back then.

The original Assassin's Creed is also only about 45 minutes long. Once you complete the first two assassinations, you've literally seen everything the game has to offer. You just do that same task another ten or so times.
Horrendous game.

I think New Vegas was the game that made me just give up on PC gaming altogether
I'm done YOU make them run properly for me
great game tho

Oh man, vtmb was a ride too
Even with the fan patch
There was a point where I just straight up couldn't even go to the bar with the big tiddy bartender because the gamr would just crash

Why is there no crouch animation? It's a stealth assassin's series!
I actually think I enjoyed 2 and Brotherhood. The whole evil church and going after the Pope stuff in 2 was pretty slick.
The original just seemed like a concept but not a fleshed out product.
The modern day aspect of the story and its accompanying gameplay are still awful though.
ac brotherhood got moments on ps3 when the game would freeze completely for 5-10 seconds trying to load the map
we forget how lucky we have it now

so I was watching a video of Strange Journey's battle system, and I wasn't sold at first but then I heard all the yelling and grunting in glorious Japanese during combos and it sounded awfully like Jojo so I just had to have it too
I started on Expert and jfc I literally take breaks between each little encounter just to catch my breath and heal up
the first person dungeon crawling looks nicer than I expected but still needlessly confusing and nauseating, I dunno if I can stomach this for 30 hours tbh. Coming from IV, the atmosphere and art is tops, it's basically anime Annihilation/The Thing.

By data Go To PostOh man, vtmb was a ride tooAh vtmb...I remember people were telling me to go in with a Malkavian character because it was the most fun, and I can't quite remember why I stopped playing it. Probably because it required an obscene amount of tinkering and mods just to get it to behave
If someone told you to play a malkavian first playthrough then they were fucking with you
Also it only takes a fan patch executable to run

There's something massively in-your-face about the repetitiveness of the first Assassin's Creed that makes it stand out, even in a franchise that's based on doing the same thing over and over.
You really do see everything it has to offer a tenth of the way into the game, and a lot of the mechanics that make up the planning stages and 75% of the game are legitimately terrible.
Infamous Second Son was disappointingly similar in structure, though a little more enjoyable.

Never played it
'Assassins Creed but in a forest and no variety in buildings' made it an instant pass.
Reckon 4 will always be my favourite.

I love the shit out of AC2 and I even enjoyed the original despite how repetitive it was. AC3 was so bad it made me quit, never played a single one since then.
