A woman has filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, alleging she was assaulted twice in 1975 when she was 17.
The legal case has been filed at New York's Supreme Court by Jeanne Bellino, who says she suffered "severe and permanent emotional distress".
It follows a separate case filed by another woman, Julia Misley, last year.
Tyler has denied all allegations in that lawsuit and has not yet commented on the claims from Ms Bellino.
She was working as a model in Manhattan when a friend arranged for them to meet the rock band after a fashion show, her legal documents say.
The singer allegedly forced Ms Bellino into a phone booth as they walked through the city with several other people.
The documents state Tyler was "mauling and groping" her and that she "fought back and struggled to be free but Tyler restrained her".
His bandmates and members of the entourage "watched, laughed and did nothing to intercede", she claims.
A Canadian jury has found the former fashion mogul Peter Nygard guilty of sexual assault after a six-week trial.
Prosecutors told a Toronto court that Nygard, 82, used his "status" to assault five women in a series of incidents from the late 1980s to 2005.
According to prosecutors, Nygard lured the women - aged 16 to 28 at the time - to a private luxury bedroom in his firm's Toronto headquarters.
One prosecutor, Ana Serban, described the room as having "a giant bed...and a bar and doors, doors with no handles and automatic locks controlled by Peter Nygard".
Ms Serban alleged that Nygard would assault the women once they were trapped in the room.

Thinking about it, I'd probably take the pay off too if I was Cassie. Saves years of court proceedings, trauma resurfacing, and him potentially getting away with it anyway.
Or having you killed.

Eh.
Statute of limitations meant Cassie could only do a civil case. Unfortunately the law that allowed her to even pursue that I think is expiring? It had to be done sooner rather than later, the civil suit.

R Kelly had done a bunch of shit recent enough I think. It's the same reason Cosby will skirt out of prison/criminal prosecution (other than the fuck up by his deal with the 04? case), the cases are too damn old in spite of his victim count.

A Greensboro man has been arrested and charged with the rape of an 88-year-old woman at an assisted living center on Monday, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
Edward John McLaughlin, 58, was also charged with breaking and entering the center, Harmony at Greensboro, at 3420 Whitehurst Road.
According to a statement from the facility, the suspect removed a first-floor exterior window, but did not break it.
Police say that staff at the center reported that a nude male was seen taking a shower with a female resident. Other staff were alerted and witnessed the man leave the facility.
Officers responded at 9:40 a.m. to Harmony at Greensboro.
Information on McLaughlin’s arrest warrant states that the victim was “mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless,” which McLaughlin would have “reasonably known.” The victim was taken to a local medical facility to be evaluated.
