By Nelo Ice Go To PostI wonder how many Uma Thurman will bring down?.
Holy fucking shit!!!
Been a while since I saw such contained rage bubbling under the surface. She was in Hollywood as a teenager too. Wouldn't shock me if like Reese she was assaulted a couple times before even hitting 18. That place is such a cesspool of shit.

It's honestly impressive to me that she was able to control herself while speaking so earnestly. That takes a lot of maturity and life experience. Much respect to Uma. Wow.
Man i can only imagine the bombs she's going to drop, really feel for her. I couldn't be that diplomatic with that sort of obvious rage boiling behind that statement.
By Fenderputty Go To PostPlease don’t be Tarantino. No offence, but that would be like the least surprising thing ever.
I love the guy's movies and all but...
I legit thought they were friends though and he was dating her stunt double up until they became an item
By Random Ass Username Go To PostA lot of people remain close or friendly with their abusers. That's life.
I didn't know that...... Wow life is a bitch

This wouldn’t be surprising at all
By Zeus Ex Machina Go To PostI didn't know that…… Wow life is a bitch/shrug What a bunch of people learn at their absolute youngest sometimes is that people will hurt you in the worst ways, folks won't believe you and that there isn't shit you can do other than just move on and find some inner peace without justice or naming your rapist/molester.
By Zeus Ex Machina Go To PostI didn't know that…… Wow life is a bitchI also heard on the guys we fucked podcast that it's not that uncommon for a victim to back to their assaulter since in some sense the victim wants some form of control after being abused. Also they had a victim on on one of their recent episodes and she went into detail on her experience. She mentioned how think she didn't think it was rape at first and her rapist was generally nice and she didn't want to hurt him.
A lot of people are just flat out raped or abused so badly by family or friends of family at such a young age that they don't even feel entitled to their own personal bodily autonomy and physical boundaries.

Gawker/Defamer has articles for years about him.
I really, really want to hear what Pamela Adlon has to say. She's been quiet as a mouse on Louis.

I never got around to watching the most recent (last?) season of his show. Guess I'll never do that now.
I want to say if he wants to masturbate in front of someone so bad, why not just hire someone. But I know the answer. It's about power. Sigh...
Still curious as to what he is trying to say with that movie. Don't police your teenager's sexuality? That is a good message except there is a huge difference between interfering in your teenager's relationships with other people in their age range and someone who is old enough to be their parent.

I feel ashamed to have been such an avid consumer of C.K.'s stuff. I've even seen him live twice.
I just don't know how anyone's brain can make them think that behavior like that is ok.

Exact question I had when I read the article. How in the world could you think this was even remotely appropriate?
Most disturbing part to me was when he apologized over FB to one woman for shoving her into a bathroom, and she was like "um... you didn't do that to me."
Probably the tip of the iceberg.
Probably the tip of the iceberg.
The conduct of many people, in most of these instances men, is often not broadcast so publicly but people are quickly clued in by what women in general tell them (even if they don't NAME guys) and what men say among other men. If you know enough women (and they actually talk and confide in you), you'd know the ubiquity of sexual assault. That means someone has to be doing it. It's why I'm no longer surprised about any of it.

yeah he was really out here if he can't even keep it straight.
The biggest let down with CK is that his comedy makes him seem like a well grounded individual. His critiques of racism are spot on. Then you find out he’s a secret deviant

Then you find out he’s a secret deviantIt seems that - at least on the surface - this is a common trait among many individuals within this industry. Do whatever it takes to fit in, hide the real you from the general public and reveal your true nature only to a select few. Whether that be close friends or people whom you're in a position to exploit.
Regardless... It's revolting.

That episode of SVU would be a tad awkward.
Absolutely refuse to believe the steward of Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (shut up 'Murricans) could be anything other than a saint.
Really disappointed to hear this about Louie. Funny enough, I went straight from the women's march to see him perform earlier this year.
I'm wondering if any women are going to be accused of anything at any point. There's gotta be one.
I saw Allison Mack supposedly outed as the leader of sex cult disguised as a support group or something, but it was In the Daily Mail so I doubt it's legit.

Allison is happy she's so low on the totem pole that other men have regained the headlines.
