You don't normally take out a business loan without some kind of business plan or existing business. Who even loaned this money? Why would a bank just give 40k to some dude with no idea what to do with it? Bankruptcy seems like a pretty high likelihood and the banks get nothing.

One thing to keep in mind regarding Samsung 4k TVs.. I have an issue (and it's common with PS4 Pros) with the screen going black for a few seconds while playing the PS4. It's one of those handshaking things for the DHCP or whatever it's called. If you disable that handshake on the PS4, it can't do 4K and HDR and won't allow you to launch video software (i.e. Hulu, Netflix, Crunchyroll). :\ If you lower it to an earlier version it affects it as well from what I understand.
