Hot take: hot dogs are better than burgers
Caveats: this only holds up for backyard BBQ’s. Very few restaurants/ venues do hot dogs well.

Most of my friends are in the creative industry, and it's something that most arent married. Some are already in their mid or early thirties, and a lot of them have been single, for years.
You'll never lose women chasing money, but you will lose money chasing women - A very well-dressed loner I met at a random AllBarOne

Not quite loner but abo has been my watering hole recently for various reasons and this is Def something I would say.
By Flutter Go To PostHave you quit yet DYOh shit forgot to update
Yeah, my last day was Monday. Got a great job literally across the street from where I used to work. More money, higher up, waaaaay better benefits. The process took maybe a week and change. Start the new job on Monday. Inshallah.
The place I was at sucked but I always knew it was a networking pitstop instead of a long term deal. While it was a horrible situation, I still got a lot out of it. Got some great contacts and references, learned some process analysis stuff, and I'm getting better at maneuvering as a contractor in general.
But man... Thinking if I had to consider a family or anything between some of these moves. If I married right out of college (and I was really fucking close), then I know for a fact I'd be in a very different situation. Probably be a worse version of Domino.
Congratulations DY. Now if only there was something we could do about American work-till-you-drop culture

yeah DY, you have a point there. Get married when you meet someone you want to get married to.
Also congrats man, happy you're getting out of a shit workplace. I know how that feels.

I've obviously got my problems that I've created over a decade, but I've had multiple situations where multiple people have basically broken down to me and all but said, 'My kids/marriage ruined my fucking life' because they got married fresh out of high school because apparently, for some reason, it's viewed as negative to not be married and have kids.
Like, my problems are fixable. And I've been doing that, but you're pretty much always going to carry that child you didn't want that you have to pretend you did or that failed marriage permanently.

It involved a complaint to an HR. I wasnt even in the company, I just wanted to ruin his life.
Just the people who deserved it.
A lot of times people like the talk more than the action though. I don't do the group stuff... People can't even handle being messy by themselves.

After I left a job in Oslo, I did help get one fired from there. She was a real cunt, had witnessed her being an absolute crazy mean cunt to other co-workers there more than a few times, and had reported it to my boss. A few months after I left, my former boss called me and asked if I could write down all my experiences with her, as they needed it to 'protect themselves' after firing her, in case she decided to call for wrongful termination.

By Daz Go To PostDafuq? He deserved it. A woman I know not only was deeply traumatised on what he did to her, to the point where she had little recollection of some stuff that happened while they were together.
She doesnt want anything to do with it anymore, so you know, I sent an anonymous message to his office HR about a few things he has done. At least he's out of that cushioned job.
Got MGTOW'd at work today lmao. Random IT dude here to fix some shit starts chatting with myself and a coworker. At first it was just how his job has sucked lately, how incompetent both his customers and parent companies are, dumbass coworkers, etc. After that we talking about video games, comics, and other nerd shit. You know, regular shit. Then, wouldn't you fucking know it, the convo shifts to a discussion about society and how society went to hell when women got the right to vote, how women only want to take a man's money and just all sorts of shit. THEEEEENNNN he starts talking about MGTOW and that's when I just checked the fuck out lmao. Actually gained a lot of respect for my coworker though. Dude's a 64-year old white guy and wasn't buying what that dude was selling at all. Figured he'd be super into it.
