Lost to the Red Sox the same way we won last night and even the same score and inning. 7-5 via a two run shot in the 10th. Were up 5-1 at one point.

By Pac-12 Go To PostYankees tried to figure out ways to lose tonight, but Houston wouldn't let them do it.solid game, some back and forth.
By Pac-12 Go To PostAdam, this one's for you
Dawwwwww
By Smokey Go To PostLight work against these trash ass Yankeesyou got whooped twice and happy over one win lol.
One thing Boone did over and over and over in this series, and one thing that never, ever worked, was shifting when Brantley was up to bat. He beat it every single time by just hitting it where the Yankees weren't. John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman on WFAN called it out each time. "This doesn't work against Brantley." "Well, what do you know? It didn't work."
As it turns out, it didn't cost the Yankees any games, because they won the first three and what lost this game was Happ being terrible (and Boone leaving him in despite of it). Dude gave up a homer in the first, then a grand slam in the 4th to be down 6-0. Boone still trots him out there to start the fifth, where he promptly gave up a 2-run shot, and only then did Boone finally pull the plug. Happ is among the league worst this year in home runs per 9 innings, and today's 3 adds to it.

I fucking love this Dodgers team.
Watching us lose in the playoffs is going to be absolutely heartbreaking.

Boone will make it so that somebody will indeed get past the Yankees.

Wow that As kid got suspended. Wish baseball would take away their wins as punishment, otherwise PEDs use is gonna keep going unchecked.
A third single. And no one was warming in the bullpen.
Boone, you know this fuck is about to give up the grand slam, right?
