i dont think enough has been mentioned about how absolutely terrible the advertisement is on the Thunder jersey is
JVG going rogue right now. I love it when broadcasters just go all "eff this shit". YouTube has a really good one with a lot of NY sportscasters flipping out.
I don't hear it.
Yes, I'm saying @kingtisemedia is a liar.
I'm just saying, never heard it once in 22 years, some 40+ times a year, and @kingtisemedia just hears it all the time in his 3-4 tweets per year. Ok.

Incredible
Our most shameless tanking effort since Mark Madsen was launching threes.
Also, um, what is going on with Covington? They said he had a bone bruise before and now he's going to miss half the season with it. That's no bone bruise.
The Athletic:
For a while former Wolves assistant general manager and key role player Fred Hoiberg seemed to have the inside track at running the front office, but lately talk of Hoiberg as POBO has cooled, even as he is rumored to be considering an offer from the University of Nebraska and return to the college ranks. Post-Thibs, familiarity would seem to be a positive factor for Taylor, who has favored legacy hires in the past and been burned by outsiders like David Kahn and Thibodeau.Life and death in two sentences. Fred wants to go back to college and Glen wants to hire somebody he knows. We're about eight weeks away from Chauncey Billups getting this job.

In a night where the Knicks lost to the Jazz by 21 points, there isn't much good that came out of it. But Mitchell Robinson, who has been one positive out of a dismal season, made history on Wednesday night. If he can learn a few post moves and keep the fouls down he's going to be real good in the future.
In a double-double performance (14 points, 12 rebounds), Robinson also collected three blocks as his rim protecting continues to be on display. And with them, Robinson recorded his 29th straight game with a block, breaking Knicks legend Patrick Ewing's franchise rookie record.
Oh, that's not all. Those three blocks moved Robinson's season total to 135, which also breaks Kristaps Porzingis' record for most blocks in a rookie season. While it's great to see the second-rounder rewriting the Knicks' record books, it isn't the ultimate goal for Robinson.
"It's a great honor," Robinson told NorthJersey.com's Chris Iseman after the game. "But I'm here to win games. It's an extremely great feeling to come into the league and be able to set a record. It's amazing."
On the season, Robinson is averaging 2.43 blocks, which comes in at third in the entire league. Only Pacers C Myles Turner (2.78) and Pelicans C Anthony Davis (2.44) average more.
Robinson's ability to block shots both on the perimeter and down low will hopefully help the Knicks win games in the future. If the 20-year-old develops his offensive game more than the highlight-reel lobs he throws down, he could be an anchor at center for years to come.
