I won't fake like I'm a legal expert, but McGahn no-showing is pretty out there, yes? What happens now? More nothing from the dems?

From what I understand, McGahn is hiding behind privilege and direction from the WH and most people think judges won't hold it against him legally at this point because of that. IT's murky waters. First step is to hammer out the privilege portion of the WH claim and why it's hot garbage. They just won one of the cases regarding a subpoena yesterday of Trumps finanaicals and have more litigation to come. I also think people are about to start getting slapped with heavy civil contempt charges to the tune of 25K a day. Probably one of the reasons McGahn's firm got a 2 million dollar boost in from the GOP like days ago. Either way, the McGahn things will take more court before it gets resolved.
Reading up on some legal minds, they all agree it's frustrating to watch the Dems slow roll this, but each feel it's the best route to take legally. IE: "look your honor ... we gave them every opportunity to comply. They've put us in this position"
Alabama continues winning:
Alabama Public Television (APT) has refused to broadcast a cartoon which shows a same-sex wedding.
The first episode of the 22nd series of children's programme Arthur features the character Mr Ratburn marrying his aardvark partner, Patrick.
But APT instead ran an old episode, and announced it had no plans to show the premiere.
Programming director Mike McKenzie said broadcasting it would break parents' trust in the network.

House Democrats have renewed calls for impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump, after a former White House counsel failed to appear before Congress despite a subpoena.

Keep worrying about Trump when Lord Bezos out here bringing company towns back. When the dollar is making you nervous, those swag bucks will be what keeps you warm.
Sorry if this has already been posted
BTW this David Davies is not the former Brexit minister David Davis but both are Brexit supporting Tory MPs so can be easily confused.

This https://www.remainvoter.com/ website is saying tactically I should vote for the change party but I can't vote for a party called change who wants to literally keep everything the same as it was a few years ago. I am still bitter about Lib Dems getting into bed with tories the last time I voted for them. So I will probably go Green.
Even my Fox News viewing mom who lights candles around a picture of Jesus is now saying that gay people are very well spoken.
The dems doing fox news thing is 2/2 now.
Everyone should be tripping over themselves to get a fox news town hall at this point. It's driving Trump crazy.

Gutted to hear Brexshit Cunt Party making headway in the European Elections.
Why are they letting this disgrace of a has-been country even run in the these Elections?

Warren is climbing interestingly. I wonder if she'll surpass Bernie.

Jennifer Ruben has been proudly predicting it for some time now. Seems unlikely to me, but then again I viewed her recent surge that way too.
