Indy playing like a dome team playing in cold weather for much of the 1st half. But Vinatieri missing a FG in the snow? LOL

A question from an EU point of view.
Why are they even playing over winter?

Better answer is probably because it started as a collegiate sport and new school years start in the fall, so that's when games also traditionally start.

Snow is the one weather element they won't stop a game for. The NFL is a winter sport at it's core, even though it starts in late summer. Some of the most influential games to the history of football were in the snow/frigid conditions. The Ice Bowl of 1967 which gave the iconic NFL Films mantra "The frozen tundra of Lambeau Field". And I'll never forget the Giants/Packers NFC Championship game eleven years ago, where it was -4 degrees but a windchill of -24.
Rivers isn't a wining QB
Also the Saints Sean Payton is an idiot. Why are you going for constant Home Run shots?

Don’t know why I’m watching from the start. Here’s how it will go:
Saints down at halftime.
Rally in Q3
Q4 lead until critical 3 plays in final 12 minutes.
Game decided with 0:14 on the clock.

Fucking garbage. Not only should PI been called, Roby-Coleman went helmet to helmet. Either call gives the Saints a 1st down and the game is over.
By The Frankman Go To PostJesus CHRIST at that no-call… Dude fucking leveled Ginn 2 seconds before the ball got there.
Total crap.
By Kabro Go To Postwow, awesome kick.
Shut up.
By The Frankman Go To Post57 yaarder is good.
That's a goddamn shame. Never ever like to see a team lose because of the refs.

Wow this is the perfect blueprint for the Pats.
By blackace Go To Postdoes that change anything?Well, yeah. Not all INTs are the QBs fault and it kinda sounded like you blamed Brees.
I was hoping someone caught it, and Deadspin did.
