And your president is even worse. Out of interest, why isn't there a mechanism to remove your president?
disgusting linesman. Waits until the Tunisian player gets control of the ball and then calls the most bullshit offside.
By etc Go To PostIsn't he an absolute lunatic? There will be a general assembly but he will probably win any election. The thing is, if you remove the senior male football team, the rest of the club is doing incredibly well. We have more than 50 sports and have won national titles in almost all of them this season.

Our president is a lunatic but he also started wars with people who used the club to get rich including taking a cut from all transfers for themselves.
He also removed all of Jorge Mendes's influence from the club and Mendes didn't like that one bit.
An example of that is Rui Patrício only handling his termination letter the day when he moved to Mendes's agency. The same Rui Patrício that was the best GK in the Euro 2016, that is the starting GK on a top 10 team in the World Cup but despite being a "free" agent, the best club he could find was Wolves, that happens to be a club that has some deep connections to Mendes.
The whole thing is messy and while I am not a big fan of our president right now, the alternatives aren't that good.

That's brilliant for Atletico. A few years ago it looked like they'd lose Griezmann and Simeone and stop competing for honours. Now both are on long term contracts and they've also signed Costa and Lemar. They're rebuilding into a serious side again.

The thing is, if you remove the senior male football team, the rest of the club is doing incredibly well. We have more than 50 sports and have won national titles in almost all of them this season. There will be a destitution assembly (possible translation error) which will serve only to vote him out or not, only after that there may be elections. The thing is he can be expelled from the club, and that can happen even if he doesn't get voted out. He maybe be barred from running again.

Dude, the man is a lunatic that fights windmills to no good effect. He may not like agents (because of his own personal greed and envy - he is, after all, a failed businessman) but he doesn't respect contracts already set in place and he keeps on losing. He lost a case against Doyen. He cuts off the nose to spite the face. When he was already on very thin ice he pushed his personal agenda in Rui Patricio's transfer and started the domino effect. He potentially lost 100 millions to avoid paying 2 or 3 millions to Mendes (whatever the real values are). He already had pushed things with Adrien, costing him 6 months of his career. He seems to suffer from god complex when he is actually just compensating for his personal shortcomings. He treated players like they were his colleagues or rather abused, harassed spouses. I can't imagine what his ex-wife went through.
The alternative, whoever may be, is someone that has all the chances of not looking like a clinically mental person and thus can restore institutional credibility to Sporting, which at the moment is non-existant. You'll not risk losing competitiveness in the other 50 sports, which you certainly don't believe he micromanaged all - but they can still suffer from the ripple effect from this institutional crisis. If anything, he got his nose up football and that's what failed the most. What is crazy is that I see a fraction of Sporting's fans with the same devotion to him than I saw in Vale e Azevedo's followers, that would even hit his opponents. People learn nothing. You need to clear this person off Sporting's books before he brings the club down to ashes. Every day has been costing millions and every month seasons-worth of rebuild. Why do I care? There is absolutely no reason I wouldn't. I absolutely despise people like him, hanging on for his dear power and money at the expense of others. Even after starting the whole situation, he could have stopped it if he cared for the club. But he kept putting his personal interests first. I can't wait to see his face stepping down, and hopefully put on another 30kg in the following 6 months, while being left by the chick he left his wife for.
Lads, tell me about him

Speaks well and has done more to keep the fans in the loop in the 6 weeks he's been here than Short did over nearly a decade. Won't matter if he can't let Jack Ross build a squad though...
Sunderland spending more than one season on league 1 would be a massive disaster
i can not seeing it happening

I’ve heard so much about the Bloody Baron being this amazing quest in the Witcher 3 but when I did it, it seemed no better than anything else. Sure the character is great and the dialog as well written as anything else, but what did people love so much about the quest?
Guess I’ll spoiler it...
Literally just talked with him in his chambers, he said he met Ciri, quest complete. Done. That’s it?
