Also, called that 2500mhz boost clock prediction stupid too.

edit: omg they have another new AA technique

By diehard Go To Post8.2% sales tax?
Texas aint as free as i thought
i dont pay taxes if i get it from newegg, which i have the page up over there. i also want the asus version this time around. really like my strix 1060.
battlefield devs already laid off by EA and left the nvidia conference
(this will happen in the next 4 years)

Since this is running on dedicated silicon it might not have a large impact on performance.. but i have my doubts.
I'm off on holiday on Thursday so I'm gunna order when I get back. Not pulling the trigger until I see some actual benches.
By Laboured Go To PostI don't believe this.

It'll be in games with ray-tracing features enabled meaning certain graphical effects (e.g. lighting and reflections) can be offloaded to the dedicated hardware I would assume. Doubt it's the case on normal games.
My main issue is that the 4K monitor I want this GPU to drive is... uh... £2,300. So I'm looking at just the £3,500 outlay...

what monitor?
i'm actually eyeing the asus pg27uq since i was at microcenter a few days ago. i wanted to make sure i secured a 2080ti first though, and i'd like to have it before bf v releases, but we'll see.

Unless you're Smokey.

nah
bf v ray tracing was it. i crossed over into the console lane for too long. kibner clowning with thread titles.
enough is enough.
By Laboured Go To PostSo 20th September it is.
That’s the release? I’ve a feeling we won’t we benchmarks until that day or after.
Worried to see if the performance gap extends further for Ryzen CPUs compared to the 8700K with the new cards. Worried because I’ll end up spending mad dosh on a 9700K, mobo and delid, not to mention a 2080Ti and a 4K/144hz monitor.
Siege in 4K at 144fps? I could be a damn god. The pixels I could peek with that set up, the angles I could hold. The expense of it all
By Laboured Go To PostHave they even worked out how to do textures in PUBG yet? Or is that for the 2019 roadmap? The textures work fine, as does everything else. I won't accept this sort of slander from a fucking Monster Hunter player, I just won't.
