I'd suggest you Tuesday after the games, though I fear for post-match euphoria or depression depending on the Bayern-Porto outcome. You might feel the same way for Wednesday.
Bottom line is, what do you suggest?

It's easy, just go to the share screen (long press or short press the share button, depending on how it's set) and press square, it will save the last 15 minutes or since the last time you were on the share screen. Will probably need to do a pause mid each half to save the segments though (15 minutes half is probably 20 something minutes IRL). I can do it.
