There were some good conditions on not only worker rights but also environmental issues that countries would have had to abide by. Liberals felt like it gave to much power to corporations and bernie, like trump, clung to the idea that we don't manufacture anymore because of free trade deals.
We are not a manufacturing country anymore. Our cost of living is too high comparatively, and automation is coming anyway.
So we reactively hate this trade deal but will now allow China to set up its own and strengthen themselves. I'm sure China will have those workers rights and environmental clauses in their future deal too.

I'm looking to see if anybody is downtown after I get off work to protest at my State Capitol based off the DAPL bullshit.
