Kerr's late game execution is terrible. Someone needs to step up and it should be Steph
Of course there is always the argument that all that holding on Steph right at the end of regulation should have been called, and that would have put Curry at the free throw line w/ maybe 3 seconds left on the clock. But he never gets those calls, ever.
Are all Warriors fans incapable of giving credit to the opposing team, or is it just the shitheads that post in that thread?
By chandlerparsons Go To Postis it just the shitheads that post in that thread?Really? Why bother?
By pilonv1 Go To PostKerr's late game execution is terrible. Someone needs to step up and it should be StephSteph has been oddly passive this year trying to fit in all the guys to his detriment. This is the same shit that partly killed the Warriors last year, when things get tight the bench shortens and they stop trusting their offense. It's worse now because instead now guys like Steph and Klay start deferring to Durant running ISO dribble and jack up a 27-foot three. When it works, you go "Aww man all the weapons Golden State has!", when it doesn't people go "trust the offense why isn't the ball moving?" And Kerr lets it happen, just like he let it happen in the Finals last year.
Their dumbasses probably get in check post all star break. We need hero ball, but not OKC Scott Brooks hero ball come on KD.
By reilo Go To PostReally? Why bother?Noun was a bit much, but there's one Rockets fan on there who does more than react to Houston games and tries to discuss NBA topics. Blown 4th quarter double-digit leads being blamed on refs does my head in, which sours that place for me.
By DY_nasty Go To PostSteph drove into 3 people and turned the ball over like he loves to do tooOh yeah he'll do that too. It's just stunning to me that since Game 2 last year the Warriors have turned into a team that (at times) doesn't trust their offense/depth when for 2 years it made them the best team in the NBA.
EDIT: I'm not saying it's Durant's fault, but when you get a player of that caliber you have to set in stone when to run the O and when to Kobe-ball. Why would you have Durant ISO vs. Memphis, a team that has owned his soul for years? Especially when you're the effing Golden State Warriors
By DY_nasty Go To PostSteph drove into 3 people and turned the ball over like he loves to do too
Memphis bullied them, hit their shots and gave them nothing. Last two seasons they would have had a better play drawn up, they're relying on the fact they have two MVPs and hoping they will manufacture something, it's not sustainable.

Gorgui on Wiggins: "He can't pick and choose when he wants to play."Gorgui, how do you feel about Drew playing 40 minutes and only grabbing one rebound?
The Wolves have way bigger problems than Wiggins' effort level, though. And his name is Tom Thibodeau.

By DY_nasty Go To Postwho mans is thisDraymond immediately knew he was gonna jack up some ISO ball bullshit. KD got the ball with 20 secs on the shot clock. up 2 points with 34 secs left , and all he does is take 2 dribbles and jack up a contested 3. That's beyond horrible.
Kerr is incompetent, and Steph is spineless
Nuggets supposedly taking trade calls for Chandler and Gallo.
Either would be a nice addition to our squad. Our SF situation is worse than our PF situation, which is saying something.

I don't like Gallo in OKC, he needs to go to a bigger market/better team so he can rediscover his passion for the game. Chandler would be great there though.
By masud Go To PostI don't like Gallo in OKC, he needs to go to a bigger market/better team so he can rediscover his passion for the game. Chandler would be great there though.Any offensive 6th man wing would be great for the Knicks. Their best bench player is Lance Thomas... nice scrappy defender and much improved shooter but he's not going to light it up. Brandon Jennings plays better when he isn't jacking up more than 6-7 shots a game and passes the rock. A guy like Jamal Crawford would've been a great addition to the bench as an offensive threat.
Knicks need more talent everywhere, but guard is more pressing than forward (where there is a logjam anyway).

By blackace Go To PostFuck that if the guy can't get pumped to play a key role on a winning team he should join BargsI mean that's kind of the situation he was in in Denver at first. Then he just gave up on trying to improve as a player.

I just don't get the fascination with Gallinari. He's efficient in the sense that he gets to the line, but he's not a good shooter, which is the thing he was supposed to be an ace at, isn't it? His game just doesn't impress me much.
He's fine, I guess. He's like mildly above average.

He didn't turn into either.
Losing 2 years of his athletic prime to the knee bullshit and dodgy surgeon really hurt him though.
And i say this as in the fact that gallo is now at best, the third option on a winning team. At best. Which is stlll good, but not amazing.
How good is nurkic? Wiz need to get younger in the front court
Lol @ lopez
Like any first aside from a late one plus filler should be good enough for milsap. Good player but his contract is going to be so insanely expensive.

NEW YORK – Even with the Cleveland Cavaliers having completed a deal to acquire sharpshooter Kyle Korver from the Atlanta Hawks, LeBron James declared that the work is not done for the defending champions.I know LBJ is the Cavs GM & owner at this point but him saying stuff like this out in the open is weird. You're the defending champs and retained all your players, you don't "need" anything and an LBJ team has never needed a point guard.
"We still got a couple more things we need to do," James said Friday morning. "We got to get a point guard."
It was a continuation of the point guard drum James was beating after the Cavs lost to the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday.
"Yeah, it's my last time saying it," James said. "We need a point guard."
