lmao, is this a real quote? Hilarious if so.
Liverpool have rejected a number of approaches for in-demand midfielder Kevin Stewart .Any time I've seen K-Stew in action he's impressed but he pretty much only plays cup games (he's better than Lucas tbh), doesn't even get on the bench in the league. A weird one.
The ECHO understands that the 23-year-old has been the subject of interest from a whole host of clubs, including Swansea City, West Brom, Brighton, Newcastle and Aston Villa
However, the Reds, who turned down a bid of £6million for Stewart last summer, have no intention of selling the former Tottenham trainee during the January window.

What the hell is this LOL. How many 50m players do Villareal have?
But this is funny, it sounds like he thinks he's taken on some kind of monumental personal challenge by going to a league where teams other than his own are trying to win.

By Cleff Go To PostI don't like the idea of Everton having Gueye and Schneiderlin in midfield. No one does, Cleff. No one does.
Coventry City young defender Cian Harries has been invited to train with Liverpool FC, according to the Daily Express
The Wales U19's international has been watched by a number of clubs and the cultured centre half, who has made fourteen appearances for City this season, has been invited to train with the Liverpool side.
Remember the same thing happened with Conor Thomas. Nothing happened off it.

They've won the league twice in the last five years. More than Chelsea, Arsenal, United and Liverpool.
Amazing.
Remember when footballers didn't have social media? Such a dark time. Prime Cantona on twitter would have been great.

If Lucas is leaving this window then he'll get even more time so why would Liverpool sell
Just got Pokemon Moon. It's my first Pokemon game literally since I was a 10 year old kid and got Red on my Game Boy. Fucking accidentally knocked out a shiny with a critical hit. Fuming.

Neymar's Steam account. He has 100+ hours of CS in the last 2 weeks. Incredible.
By domino Go To PostThe FA is so small time. For real. If I was Sagna I'd just say my fat fingers pressed 2 instead of 1 and I didn't notice. Then I'd dare the FA to suspend me, then after they did I'd take it to the Queen to get it over turned.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostHere's a head scratcher for ya:Otamendi easily imo
Otamendi or Stones, who is better?
He has some basic defensive instincts
Man ya'll still arguing about that.
More than half the people here IMO don't have enough knowledge of the teams to declare one better. Which Premfaces were watching consistent La Liga matches? I know out of all those crazy stacked Barca teams I only watched Clasicos and CL matches for the most part. Tough to judge when you don't really watch the league consistently.

I like how the FA keeps their foot on everyone's necks (except for Wenger).

By Perfect Blue Go To PostFantastic signing at a great price.
So no Ramos, Pepe, Bale, Kovacic and Vasquez tomorrow against Sevilla, all missing due to injury. Now it's confirmed that Ronaldo is being rested as well. Clear as day Zidane is not prioritising CDR at all - sits well with me.

By Frustrated_me Go To PostOne of the reasons why EPL teams can't compete in the CL.They managed to compete fine when they actually had good teams.
United made it to 3 Champions League finals in 5 seasons not too long ago. The Christmas/New Year fixture congestion was just as bad then as it is now. As Viva says, it's the quality of the sides that is determinative of how far you get in the CL.

True.
To add to what you guys said, I think there is also this surge of "super teams" where the bench players who provide team depth are as good as the starting 11. Teams are getting left behind if they don't follow this model.
