he was an utter joke with Milan
but tbf, it's really hard to do ANYTHING when you're under Berlu's thumb, he was interfering all the time and undermining him in the media AND in the locker room.
Galliani wasn't helping either, he was selling his star players against his wishes and replacing them with free transfers :lol it wasn't a great environment for a manager to thrive.
Personally, I think we, as a world class organization, make our managers better.

I never shat on him once.
I think the job he did was amazing.
I wanted it him at Arsenal the whole time and was utterly delighted when Juve got him to replace Conte.
I don't think the Juve success is just a case of anyone is good enough to win Serie A with that squad. He demands the best out of his team every single time and will fault them even if it is a comfortable win, if he feels they didn't do something correct.
It is why i view him as an Italian Pep.
When a team has reached a certain level they need to be continuously pushed. It is why as great as Carlo is, he will never be a dominate league manager. He just doesn't push his teams to go 100% every single time.
If he was at Arsenal, I think we would be winning the league right now. Wenger will see a 3-0 win and view it as a job done, Allegri will look at what went wrong and make sure that the errors don't get repeated.
