By diehard Go To PostI can't believe how lucky the Grizzlies have been in close games this yearThey have been doing this for 3 years now. At some point it becomes more than just luck. I guess just a statiscal anomaly.
By pkaz01 Go To PostCmon G-Tyme take overyou guys aren't messing with philly and dallas tanks.
So knicks are overperforming and lakers are demolished with injuries.
Also, since I was banned I didn't get to weigh in on the "Kobe kicks people like Draymond" stuff. There's nonsense and then there is NONSENSE.

By vic Go To Post"yo ass gots to go" lmaodude's not wrong tho. he shouldn't be on the team when there are a lot of other productive dudes that we could get on his contract. McAdoo gotta go.
By DY_nasty Go To Postmcadoo wouldn't play in phillySure there are a good number of D League dudes that would give up everything to have McAdoo's roster spot.
dude is trash
By unknown Go To Postyou guys aren't messing with philly and dallas tanks.no one can mess with the 76ers tank.. all I want is top 3
Everyone on the team is out other than Hayward and Gobert, things are going to go well against Golden State.
By masud Go To PostIsaiah holding that sign is hilarious. If anyone loves seeing Jordan Cry it's Isiah
but thats the shit that happens when you are worried about how you are going to get smashed by the Warriors and stop playing
By blackace Go To PostThibs has been a really bad fit⦠Also the Suns are horrible.
They got to build around Booker Da Gawd
They got to build around Booker Da Gawd
They need a coach that will look him in the eye and say
"Stop. Taking. Bad. Shots."
Its crazy because I called Wall balling out, Beal getting it together a bit, Otto too
but the Wiz still fucking sucks
Beal had like 2 good games... But he is hot trash

Kobe was out breaking noses and you know it.. He even had to sit games because of it
By blackace Go To PostThey need a coach that will look him in the eye and sayIt would help to have a coach who could implament a system that would allow players to have that option lol

You can make the argument that his arms swinging after getting fouled was a thing?
Kicking though? That's just natural fadeaway motion.
YouTube a Jordan fadeaway mix. Dirk fadeaway mix. It's all the same movement. Dirk's not as pronounced cuz he barely jumps but it's the natural result of your body leaning backwards at an angle. Your legs come forward for balance

Kicking though? That's just natural fadeaway motion
Via Stu Jackson:
"Some of the determining factors were the fact that there was
contact made with Ginobili above the shoulders and the fact that
this particular action by Kobe was an unnatural basketball motion.
Following a shot, he drove a stiff arm in a backward motion and
struck Ginobili in the head," Jackson said. "We did not view this
as an inadvertent action."
By reilo Go To PostOne of two suspensions they gave him for "unnatural motion"
Via Stu Jackson:
Ya the arms. But he does that eve when no ones around when he gets fouled. He even does it when he doesn't get fouled and measures the shot. You see him do it after free throws at times. But fine. I'll take him purposely doing that sometimes just to hit a guy in the face as an argument.
The kicking thing is nonsense. That's natural fadeaway motion.

Gobert dunks never look that truly exciting cause he doesn't have to leave the ground for more than 3 inches.

There is kicking and there is KICKING.. Kobe, Reggie Miller, are Russ all players who come to mind outside of Green who kick to draw fouls or to create space...
I agree that a fadeaway does cause you to kickout for balance and to even create the fading motion.. But some guys take it to the next level..
Plus Kobe was killing guys with his elbows as well.. Only thing that really made him different from Green was that he gave a better interview after he smashed dudes in the grill..
Is this Gobert first 20-10 game in the season?
think so.. he had one in preseason and had a 19/13 game too..
By shun Go To PostIs this Gobert first 20-10 game in the season?yeah, he doesn't score much
"The obvious thing is, the word itself carries connotation. And I just don't understand that, that part of it β the word," Jackson added. "So I guess word choice could be something I could regret. But talking about other teams' players, that's out of the box."
I don't know if I buy it. That he didn't get the outrage. He is old though and sometimes dudes that are old don't understand which words are or aren't racially charged. Typically If someone doubles down on stuff you know he's an asshole, otherwise people can just be oblivious to things.
By Omzz Go To PostKobe just talked to his teammates like that to motivate them

Uhhhhh, D'Antoni doesn't say that Kobe abused his teammates. The author does that. I mean, if you're into sensationalist out-of-context type of journalism go check out Breitbart, it's sort of their jam.
You can write that article, but with a "let's trash Dwight dynamic" instead of a "let's trash Kobe" dynamic and that quote fits. Especially the part about "Harden learned a lot because last year was a [clusterfuck]" and it seems like he's taking shots at Howard.
No, that's a direct quote by D'Antoni. Nice try. Also not shocking that you'd defend Kobe. Tell us something new π
"Instead of abusing them, he takes care of them" D'Antoni said.

It's a direct quote from D'Antoni but there's literally no mention of Kobe there at all. It's the author that's writing a preface to connect the two. You're bad at this.
you read that and assume he's throwing shade at Kobe so you just absorb it in without realizing that D'Antoni didn't mention Kobe once and that the connection was made entirely by the author for....click bait sensationalist conflict-style journalism points.
