By etiolation Go To Postcheesesteak and hennessy after a canceled game is a scandal?Naw, extrapolating it to determine Boogie's state of happiness as a King is the spin.
Eating cheesteak = happy/good times
Or at least that's how I read it. when I get offf work and get to go out to eat I'm happy.

By pilonv1 Go To PostBarnes, not Klay.
He was a bad coach but a great motivator for the young players and changed the culture of the team. He won't get you to 60 wins and a title, but he got them into the playoffs after winning 23 games the year before, and won a series. That sounds exactly like what the Wolves need.
No, Klay too.
He was a solid motivator but he also had the right situation to do it in. And a good front office backing him up. That counts just as much as the coach them self. and if all you're after is a motivator.... well Thibs was a motivator. He got all his guys in chicago to buy in. And die for him.
I think he'd be absolutely disasterous for the wolves. And any club.
By blackace Go To PostMark Jackson didn't have a system, but if he got the right bench coaches he could be a decent coach.. Too bad you can't really say that about him as a human being. This feels like we're re-writing histoy. A lot. And liberally.
He basically turned GS around, Kerr wouldn't have had the instant success he had if Mark didn't lay the groundwork..
Those guys in Chicago were ready to die before. Thibs can't claim Noah, Kirk, and Luol. And I hate on Mark plenty but he still got GS out the gutter.

Thibs Bulls teams were a bit older but maybe any team that starts 3 21 year olds is going to struggle...
I will say Thibs got shat on by players in exit interviews... dudes went as far as to explain they purposely avoided him during the offseason...
Mark clashed with the owners because he is a dumbass but a lot players seemed to like him in general... besides Bogut

No, when he was fired Curry spoke highly of Mark..
Until Mark started throwing shade... Talking about Curry is a bad basketball role model and voting for Harden as MVP.. But until then Curry didn't have much bad to say about him

Teams that unchanged, have been 65+ win teams since.
And ignores the 23 win team he oversaw the year prior.
He was bad. He is bad.
And Mark wasn't as beloved as you try to make it out. Again, Thibs got players to buy in and be motivated. Some of it does come down to players. But the wolves don't need a better "motivator". And that's all Mark is brining to the table.
I mean, we ALL sat here talking about how BAD his coaching was. The terrible moves and lineups and calls. He was literally holding that team back. They were winning inspite of him, not because of him.
Honestly, wouldn't want Mark Jackson near any team of mine, ever.
By Tea Go To PostWas a player ever content on the kings or in sac?
Bobby Jackson comes to mind. He's still here. Corlis Williamson came back to play and to coach. Doug Christie was happiest here. Brad Miller they got in Free Agency in sign&trade, and he still visits to see games.
And Cousins likes it here. He just wants wins.
Wildcard: Kenny fucking Thomas is still here and has a restaurant outside the new arena.

Yeah the 23 win season where where Curry played 26 games in a 66 game season? That season? No didn't forget it..
The team did change every year... No Curry.. Then got rid of Ellis.. and taught them how to play defense.. I NEVER said he was great, but in his only 3 years of coaching he laid a good foundation they wouldn't have had, but if you think they would have been great without Curry and having Ellis run point then....lol
Wow, Andre Roberson is shooting 24% from the free throw line so far this year as a starting small forward.

Where did i EVER say anything remotely like that?
Curry, Klay, Barnes, Green Bogut where there the whole time.
The curry ellis back court was the old ownership. Not the new. Not mark jackson. Jackson was the one playing David Lee 36mpg and Draymond 14mpg.
20 shots, 17 points, 0 free throws, 2 3PAs, 1 assist.
Harrison Barnes is putting up such a legendarily inefficient 20 PPG season.
