I mean compared to anywhere else, not really. Refs are fucking poor (and I think often worse) in la liga, serie a and such as well. Some refs make some horrible mistakes, that shouldn't happen, but overall the ref problem isn't going to be fixed until video refereeing is allowed.

Don't want the game bogged down with awful delays like the NFL. When they go to review, they take forever. It's part of the game anyway as they run commercials during it and when you're at the game, you wonder why the hell is this break so long? It would be a very abrupt change for football. For the NFL, not so much.
