Though I bet he'd get away scot-free like every other rich celebrity.I figure he wouldn't get any punishment that would impede his ability to have a high taxable income, imprisoning or otherwise inconveniencing people who have a significant income would ultimately be kind of counter-intuitive if your aim is to get them to pay their allotted share of taxes. I would imagine that in most tax fraud cases involving people who have a high income you want them to keep earning the money they do, just slap them about a bit so they actually pay taxes going forward. It's all somewhat interesting in the sense that football at the level of Mourinho and Ronaldo probably feels very separate from society. I think it's difficult to feel like you're a part of a nation and you should pay a proper tax when you live and make your money in that kind of heightened reality. Or maybe football just attracts pricks, or dickish accountants, also a possibility
