By Killer7 Go To PostImagine Pep trying to get this current United team playing his football. He'd retire.
He is a more creative manager than Mou so he'd probably come up with some system that works.
I just think the club's been total shit from top to bottom for 3+ years straight.
From owners that don't really understand football (and don't wish to), and who appoint a man to run it all who, surprise-surprise also doesn't understand football and who, at least to begin with if not currently, was completely incompetent in a key role.
To a board that's made poor decisions on managers and backroom staff, with a lurching inconsistency between styles of football and in identifying players that would fit that style.
To players not giving a fuck because they think they've made it, are paid too much or who are on retirement easy street and who think they're too big to fall.
To other players who as much as they really want to be at the club and put in more effort than others still just are not of a good enough quality and who are just mentally far too weak.
To managers who for various reasons don't suit the club or the players, and who indulge the wrong ones, sell on the wrong ones, and who seem to overrate many of the players as much as the players seem to overrate themselves.

Who's FlutterPuffs? I think I have him on ignore. Can you please quote him for me?
Just kidding, I'm too busy trying to get a stick out of my ass to reply to him
By Woodenpapangus Go To PostThat's why there's a transfer window, where you can buy and replace players.Mou probably realises now he needs to change more than he expected because he's surrounded by a lot of average players.
I remember that he still wanted a CB but we had to sell before we got another after the apogba deal. rojo was the one to be sold but nothing happened.

By Killer7 Go To PostMou probably realises now[…]
Even John Carver would have realized this, from watching a 2015/2016 youtube highlight video for 5 min.
There is obviously several problems, but that Mourinho does not have any clear style, or way, that he wants to play, is a huge one. He had more than a fair chance of getting players for a system he wanted, during the transfer window.

Pogba vs the english barclays premier league, where he doesn't have 2 min on the ball like serie abyss. Fergie was right. #notworth30kwages
By Splatt Go To PostDon't worry Scum, Parma will win EL this seasonSpeaking of Italian teams, I see Sassuolo Spurs'd it tonight. Shanks, pls.
Remember Falcao when he joined United? We all hoped he would do well but clearly he wasnt there yet and unfit as hell. He squandered chances and all it did to him was destroy his confidence. Then the same thing happened at Chelsea all over again. Now he's back at Monaco and scoring, not as great as he was but at least at a good form nonetheless, and probably will be important to his club this season.
Why I'm bringing this up?
Maybe Jose should have done the same thing. :|

By Woodenpapangus Go To PostEven John Carver would have realized this, from watching a 2015/2016 youtube highlight video for 5 min.Agree that we should be playing under a clearer style and have a better idea of what he wants to do. But it doesn't help when you have so many inconsistent performers who go from one week looking like they can score 3 or 4, to playing like they did today. The blame here should fall on both.

He got 4 players this window, he probably thought when he came in that others currently in the squad can play a better role than they have done. He's had a proper chance to see these players now during games, training, etc. I expect we'll see quite a few players on the way out in the coming transfer windows.
Wooden, you hatin on Højbjerg because of Brøndby past or because he's actually a bigger talent than Eriksen?

It took me way too long to realize that was a metro. At first I thought it was a badly drawn football bitch. Then a house.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostWooden would totally buy that. Because he's racist, especially against Swedes.

He also got a Copenhagen past. But no. Because he is soft as shit, and exactly the type of shitcunts we produce lots of. Talented but soft.

I thought it was Chelsea fans abusing Anton Ferdinand. In that way I think it's a charmingly versatile drawing.
