The Miami FC Completes Record Breaking Inaugural Season
Gonna wait to make sure we play in the NASL next season but I'm most likely gonna get season tickets next year.
MIAMI – Nov. 2, 2016 – The Miami FC, Miami’s only professional fútbol club, completed its inaugural season in the North American Soccer League (NASL) with a 1-0 victory over FC Edmonton Friday night at Florida International University (FIU) Stadium. The victory capped a magical first year for the Club, and for soccer fans in the 305.
In its first season, Miami FC experienced spectacular growth both on the pitch and off. The season kicked off in true Miami fashion before 10,156 screaming fans – the highest attended NASL match in 2016. After a challenging NASL Spring Season, the squad made some key acquisitions to strengthen its roster and turned in the strongest performance of any Florida NASL team for the Fall Season.
The team finished in the top five after posting separate four-game and six-game unbeaten streaks, in the process knocking down league front-runners Indy Eleven and FC Edmonton, and registering a dominating 4-0 away victory against Minnesota United FC.
At home, the Orange and Blue continued to draw large crowds of supporters to FIU Stadium. Led by the Dade Brigade, the Miami FC posted the three highest attended games in NASL this season. In addition, Miami FC posted average attendance of 6,229 fans, the highest average of all Florida-based NASL teams in the Fall Season. The Club drew nearly 87,000 fans to FIU Stadium throughout the entire season – the highest for an expansion team this season.
“We are grateful to all our fans for their incredible support throughout our inaugural season,” said Club CEO Sean Flynn. “Miami has always been a fútbol town and we are honored to be its fútbol club. This season marked a stunning return of world class soccer to the 305, led by Alessandro Nesta and our exceptional technical staff. We are looking forward to building upon our success from 2016 with an eye on the playoffs in 2017.”
Fans can enjoy all the action of the coming 2017 season by purchasing season tickets for a special rate of $199, and receive an authentic Miami FC jersey with your purchase. For more information

I remember watching some doc on TLC, while I was drunk out of my mind, on some lady that couldn't move herself, her daughter fed her a severe form of health food, which had brown sugar sprinkled over it, but she paid dudes on the side to get her Haitian takeway through her window.
Doctor said she was gonna die if she didn't change her shit up, but the Haitian sauce was too strong for her.
I thought she'd live and go on a diet, because they made a doc about it and people don't die in docs, but she died.
That was a fucked up of TLC to do that.

By Frustrated_me Go To PostI still can't get over that Ozil goal yesterday, what a beauty.
He knew he was playing against a different level player. Time slowed down and he destroyed them.
He may not have been in the zone, he may actually be a vampire.
By Francis Go To PostClassy responses, guys.
Jeez.
A disgrace indeed.
Pls respect all the gordos in the world.
"Schweinsteiger is back," said Mourinho. "It was based on the fact we are in this time of the season where it is hard to train with all the players.
"So to do the tactical sessions I want to do you need a certain number of players, but the group shrinks when people are injured or recovering, many times we go to the Academy to bring young boys to have a group of the perfect numbers to train.
"Looking at Bastian and the way he was working professionally with the fitness coach, we think that it is a human and professional decision to bring him back to the team, and he will be much better prepared in case his future decision is to leave the club.
"If he stays with us he becomes one more option. In this moment we have no problems in midfield like we do in defence, but if we do he is one more option."
Please let him be a replacement for Fellaini.
