By vic Go To PostAD got hurt yet again? Welp.Dove into the second row of seats to try to save a potential steal for the Pels.
By Kibner Go To PostDove into the second row of seats to try to save a potential steal for the Pels. This sucks. Doubt that they'll let him comeback even if he wants to.
Xrays for AD's knee came back negative. If the trainers can contain the swelling, he may check back in.
By vic Go To PostThis sucks. Doubt that they'll let him comeback even if he wants to.Lol they totally will.
By Kibner Go To PostRight knee contusion for Davis. Questionable to return.I'm convinced the Smoothie King Center was built on Indian burial ground.
please trade him to the lakers for the sake of his career.

This is Terrence Jones' best half this season. He still won't pass, but he is doing a lot of other things right.
By Kibner Go To PostDove into the second row of seats to try to save a potential steal for the Pels.Somebody gotta teach him what a business decision is.
By domino Go To PostSomebody gotta teach him what a business decision is.You are talking about a guy who missed a couple weeks with a fractured hand from dunking an oop too hard.
By vic Go To PostOh shit, the Knicks got the lead.Shh we don't discuss the Knicks when they're winning.
By vic Go To PostThe Pels had a pretty good second quarter.Yeah, they ended it +2 but that was without Davis for the entirety of it. I'll gladly take it.
By reilo Go To PostThis halftime show lmao πi had to turn that shit off
it was fucking painful
By reilo Go To PostBehind such legends like Norm Nixon, Stephon Marbury, and Muggsy Bogues. Two of those played half as many minutes and the third played 17,000 minutes less than Kobe did.
Did you know that Clyde Drexler finished with 200 assists less than Kobe despite playing 11,000 fewer minutes? Or that Lebron James has 700 more assists despite having played 10,000 less minutes and isn't close to retirement?
Do you need another 20 years of the Triangle before you realize that the system of the offense prioritizes ball distribution and multiple playmakers? All the seasons it's been run, not a single person has averaged 10+ assists. Shit, you'd be hard pressed to find seasons where any one averaged more than 7. You might find like 3-4 seasons where that happened.
Kobe led the team in assists almost every year during Phil's reign and never eclipsed 7.5 apg. Just the system man.
3SP, learn to not take a fucking bait, jfc.
Also, Scottie Pippen has a mere 200 assists less despite playing 7000 minutes less and he was always a secondary ballhandler, so ππ» to your triangle.

Yes, because Pippen played small forward alongside Jordan. Peep Kobe's assist numbers with Shaq next to him. Easy to inflate your assist numbers when you have someone of that caliber next to you. But even then we're still talking sub 7 or 8 apg.

So just how important is AD to the Pelicans' success? Despite his huge numbers, they seem to do just about as well without him, sometimes better.
By ratcliffja Go To PostSo just how important is AD to the Pelicans' success? Despite his huge numbers, they seem to do just about as well without him, sometimes better.Based off 2-3 quarters in a game where they already lead by 20 by the time they get injured? That's an awful sample size.
By reilo Go To PostBased off 2-3 quarters in a game where they already lead by 20 by the time they get injured? That's an awful sample size.I'm not talking about this game. It's something I've noticed over the last 3+ years.
The numbers with AD off the floor and hurt are abysmal for the Pelicans. I don't think your assessment holds up.
By Omzz Go To PostJennings helping this team more than RoseIt's so weird cause Rose looks as explosive as he's ever been, he's just not that good anymore.
By vic Go To PostThat pass by Rose. Yall need to show some respek! That was the first time he hit the roller like all season though.
By reilo Go To PostThe numbers with AD off the floor and hurt are abysmal for the Pelicans. I don't think your assessment holds up.Tbh, there is a lot of noise with lineup numbers for the Pels the last three seasons due to the sheer number of missed games by top players.
Tonight, though, shots were falling for the Pels and their defense seems to finally be playing off each other well. Just having Jrue back takes so much pressure off the other guards that they are free to do what they were signed to do instead of having to do so much more.
By blackace Go To PostI love that I get a look at Evan Turner stats post aimed at me only when has a decent gameβ¦.He's got 7pts on 3-5 shooting, *shrug*
By reilo Go To PostHe's got 7pts on 3-5 shooting, *shrug*11 pts 2 ast is pretty awesome I admit
Yay, the Pels were able to maintain the blowout and got to experiment with some Jrue + AD lineups with no pressure.
By blackace Go To Post11 pts 2 ast is pretty awesome I admitIt's great because he's following up a spectacular game from Sunday with another good outing tonight.
