Who the fuck is advising this guy? Jesus. I get that she probably cost you a few million in off court deals but how is suing her for 70K going to move the needle?

I finally got around to reading that interview. Jackie asked him explicitly about LJ and Pat. So I see why he answered. Shouldn't have used that term.
This week is a nightmare as far as school papers go, but I should have some more time to finally catch some laker games after thanksgiving and especially after Christmas.

PJ: It's my feeling when everybody does the same damn thing it becomes, 'Who has the best Rolls-Royce? Who has the best, fastest stock car in this race we are running?' So if you have LeBron, wow, we're going to do the same thing even though we don't have the Rolls-Royce? You have to be unique. You have to have something no one else is doing to have genius in this game. It becomes an ownership. I don't care about the triangle. I care about systematically playing basketball. If the spacing isn't right, if guys are standing on top of each other, if there aren't lanes to be provided, or rebounders available to offensively rebound the ball, or we don't have defensive balance when a shot goes up, all of these things are fundamental basketball. I follow it. I'm not railing, 'This is inadequate' or 'This isn't right.' Just show me what will work. Are we running around for no reason? Can we hit the first cutter? Do we have the ability to hit the second option or are we just bypassing plays so someone can hit a 3-point shot? It doesn't make sense to me

(I had forgotten about Phil talking this shit since he hasn't been relevant in a half decade)
I thought LA would open the season 1-9 and now I think they go 2-10 in their next 12. Hope I'm equally off base.
Making the playoffs would be an enormous and surreal accomplishment.

It's really helping that Russell, Randle and Clarkson are looking like legit NBA players this year instead of next year, and Swaggy isn't garbage anymore.

Phil used to talk shit about Sacramento and Indiana and Utah too. Phil just talks shit about everywhere but LA/NY/Chicago and Montana

4-8 for an overall 11-13 record. After Houston we have 4 winnable games again.

His endorsement potential was murdered by this. If he wants to pursue his own justice then there's nothing wrong with it, he's got nothing to lose.
Waiting for peeps to apologize for thinking Marcus Smart was better than Randle and would ever be shit.
I was uncertain about Jules but I knew since day 1 that Smart can't be a starting guard in today's NBA.

considering the Lakers and Clips have never faced in the playoffs,
I'd be livid if the lakers get into the playoffs and find themselves facing the Clips.
fuck that, Adam. naw man. that aint right.

Wait...posse is a derogatory word now? LeBron said look it up. So I did:
1; a group of people who have a common characteristic, occupation, or purpose.
2; a group of people who socialize together, especially to go to clubs or raves.
That's today's definition of it. Basically 'squad', which PJ is too damn old to use. Or a 'crew'.
LeBron got mad at that? Man, I'm confused as hell. But granted, no idea why Jackson is even answering a question that has nothing to do with his business.

its a shot
Like I said before PJ is just mad LBJ is a better at recognizing and developing talent at this point in the game than he is.
College still his identity at however old he is? Jesus. I mean it's not too surprising, plenty of dudes like that, just damn talk about shallow.
To Karl, he probably thinks he's doing psyche manipulation or something, but I don't think that shit works with modern players. CC: Phil Jackson

Phil Jackson is just some ivory tower living asshole who wants to be coach without being coach and shits all over his (and apparently other) players. Dude's a douche.

Porzingis would do better in a better environment playing for the Brooklyn Nets. Starting to think the Nets are also more competent and have a better future than the Knicks do.

Shit, Phil Jackson's quote from 2004 on Lebron...
Phew.
By The Last Season (2004)Yet as talented as this kid definitely appears to be, I don’t believe he or any nineteen-year-old should be playing in the NBA. These young men grow so dependent on their posses, who fetch their cars and their girls, that they can’t possibly develop into mature self-sufficient human beings. One day, I’m convinced, we’ll find out the true extent of the psychological damage that’s being caused.
Phew.
By Tea Go To Post2016 ladies and gentleman, lmao.Serious tho. You think the organization will treat Porzingis right? The fans probably do, but between the owner, Jackson, and everything else going on?
