i've been reading arguments like "thats why you never draft a kicker in the first round" argument.
lol
lol
By noonecares Go To Postthis team is such a fucking joke
carolina is gonna be aight, trust
Ya'll have nothing to worry about lol
By Trey Go To Postcarolina is gonna be aight, trustthe missed fg stings but it doesn't seem right to fault a guy for not being Vinatieri. it's the timeout/clock management that has me bitching. It's week 1, how are you burning 3 timeouts just to avoid delays of game? plus the one right before Rivera threw the challenge flag. That's some 7-9 bullshit

nah make the motherfucking kick--your value to the team is exactly that
he lost the game
By Dark PhaZe Go To Posthe's like 30% on 50+ yard fg's though
Yeah that's bad.

yeah no sympathy for kickers. they barely have to do shit. i was surprised he missed tho. i figured Gano was a lock.
By Apollo Go To PostNiners going to surprise everyone
surprise every one and just forfeit the season instead of getting last place?
Tyrod return is almost upon us.
Ravens are either an eight win club or are going to the Super Bowl.
Regardless, Cincy going to walk the AFC North.

That play was fucking silly, how he kept hopping out of trouble and was finally hit but too late. That BS PI set up the drive.
Keenan Allen was carted off with a right knee injury in Sunday's Week 1 game against the Chiefs.Fuck, season over for the Chargers..
Allen exited with only a couple minutes left in the second quarter. He was doubled over in pain and appeared to be in tears as he was carted off. It was a non-contact injury and those never turn out well. Allen caught six of seven passes for 63 yards before his departure. He was putting on a clinic against Chiefs All-Pro corner Marcus Peters. This would be an absolutely devastating loss for the Chargers. Allen is no stranger to getting hurt, coming off a lacerated kidney that cost him the final eight games of last season
I'm still paranoid Mariota's gonna get hurt every time he scrambles. Yall Panthers fans are spoiled by Cam being indestructable.

Ravens/Bills was a dull affair for three quarters. These are two not very good teams right now. Hard to evaluate either offense, they were that poor. I don't think the defenses are nearly as good as they appeared to be today.
By KingGondo Go To PostRespect. This doesn't actually contest anything in espn's win probability model though...
Barnwell made the point that ESPN's model is agnostic as to the teams, so the Saints' strengths and weaknesses aren't taken into account.
You're going with one shot against the NO defense as opposed to possibly giving Brees a chance to score a TD and win without touching the ball again.
