I find it helpful to work back from what visual display you're using. Will you plug it into a 1080p TV or are you thinking of getting a spiffy monitor of some sort.

Even just decently high-end PCs can comfortably smash any game at max settings at 1080p/60fps. Get a GTX 1070 and you'll be able to decimate everything and throw some extra bells and whistles on top I reckon.

After months of discussion with Sony, we regret to say that while we have long been ready to offer mod support on PlayStation 4, Sony has informed us they will not approve user mods the way they should work: where users can do anything they want for either Fallout 4 or Skyrim Special Edition.

At least xbone got mods, even if also limited.
